Outstanding service from Nicky taking care of 23 members of our group for lunch. Orders taken and food served to last member within 30 minutes. At the same time, all drinks kept filled. Noted overall improvement at all hours regarding service and food consistency since Tyler became GM at this location.

Had a great experience at this location. My draft beer was super cold, burger was cooked perfect and the server Kristin was awesome. Great personality, fast and she was truly dedicated to making sure we were happy with everything. Great job, I will be back.
My first experience at Duffy’s occurred last week. The bar was packed so I took a table and was seated swiftly with my cousin. Normally when you go into these types of bars the waiters/waitresses are lazy and take a while to get me my cold brews. This was not the case with Kristin. A beautiful young specimen with attention to detail and quick returns to the table ensured my brews couldn’t even sweat. I will return to Duffy’s on St Andrews solely for Kristin.
I’ve been to quite a few Duffy’s and this location has the best service and quality! The food was amazing most of us had burgers and they were perfect! And our server last time we went, Kristin, was easily one of the best servers I’ve ever had she was so friendly and personable and made sure are drinks and food came out in a timely manner. If i were you I would ask to be put in her section when you come to this location!
Had such a great experience at this location. The food was great and my server Cheyenne was amazing. This is my favorite Duffy's to go to just because of Cheyenne's customer service and hospitality . She is always very pleasant and sweet. Tyler the manager was also very attentive and caring . I highly recommend eating here.
Decided to stop at duffys for one of the basketball games and was seated right away. My friend and I ordered the mozz sticks, the wings and the sliders. All very well prepared. Arda brought out our food and was able to carry more than 4 plates. We were very impressed. The manager, Sean, was very polite. He refilled our waters and asked if we needed anything else. It’s refreshing to see employee in restaurants that actually enjoy their job.
I made a last minute decision to come to Duffy’s This location has a new manager Tyler, the change was much needed. You can tell that the atmosphere in the store is much better than it had been previously. I had the Chili along with the Pork Chops. I was seated with Kristin. She greeted me with a smile and an appreciation for me coming in today. She was professional and extremely competent. A lot of times when you go out to eat you get the feeling that the server is ready to head for higher ground and was wishing that you didn’t come in at all. I can’t count how many times a server has told me I can’t want to clock out of her in an hour. Isn’t that just what you want to hear when sitting down? Everything that I ordered came out timely and as requested. These days it’s really a toss up on what you are going to get from staff. In Kristin I got a server who absolutely loves her job. While that doesn’t affect the food it certainly affects the overall quality experience that you get when go out for an evening. I’d say if you haven’t been to this location give it a try and look for Tyler and Kristin.
Many appetizers, burgers and other dishes to keep you satisfied. Nice and cold beer selection. The usually young staff is competent and diligent. A great place to have a good time in a relaxed sport themed environment.
I raised it to 2 stars only because a manager from Jacksonville picked up the check!Otherwise my wife’s medium steak came out like a small well done river rock. Her corn was so sad looking that you can tell it had been around for a while. My salmon came out well done but if you put enough lemon juice on it’s slightly better. Oh and the double mashed turned out to be mashed and a baked potato.If you follow my reviews you know my wife is in a scooter - well this Duffys has no way for her to get to the patio to sit outside except to be put on the side of the building with some bar high tops in a smoking section. For a restaurant in Boca to be this bad I’m not sure how they survived the pandemic…Thank you to the Jacksonville Manager.
