Customer service at this location is awesome. I had a problem placing an online order and Zach was very cordial in assisting me. Delivery guy was also very polite
Took 15 minutes to order a pizza just now because Domino’s has outsourced to a call center and they have no idea about the menu or anything about pizza. Placing the order was so frustrating I might never order a pizza from Domino’s again just so I don’t have to deal with that call center. Bad outsourcing decision.
The worst experience at this location, they prepare the pizza without taking care of the quality of the product, the staff are young and rude, people with long hair in the prepare area without hair net, stay away from this location.

Very rude driver, couldn’t find my address and kept screaming at the phone that he couldn’t find the elevator, we don’t have elevators where I live and it’s only 2nd floor and he told me to go to the parking lot to get my order, than I told him to cancel and that I was calling the store, less than 1 minute he found like magic my apt and start to scream at me that was not elevators ??♀️ His name was Alexander.. My husband need to intervene because he though I was by my self, when he saw my husband he got quiet and walk away…
Took 3 hours to get a pizza delivered, I live 10 minutes away. They told me it was delivered,And that the delivery person confirmed when it never was. Made me feel like they thought I was trying to steal a couple pizzas from them. When it was finally delivered, no sorry or nothing. I had 4 kids to feed...some customer service. Maybe a district Mgr should see what's going on.
I placed an online pizza order from Domino’s Pizza at 10101 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL, 33498 which took about 2 hours to be delivered a cold pizza. Over one hour after the order was placed l called Dominos store and my call was never picked up, so l decided to call the corporation and just heard a message saying lt was after business hours. Money had been withdrawn from my account in less than a minute, yes that was fast.! I’m very disappointed..!

Ordered at 7:40, arrived at 7:55, on the board it said my order was ready, but I didn't get it until 8:10. No appologies, No offer of so much as a soda while I waited.
