I ordered delivery to West Palm Beach. The team responded to my emails promptly and delivered everything on time. The food was truly excellent. Highly recommended!
The food was excellent especially on pesach! The server Jason was friendly, funny, and helpful! The food though took a while to come, but it was sure worth the wait!!! The outdoor seating was beautiful, it was very busy but the employees did a splendid job of handling it. No complaints except for the food taking a while! The fries were amazing.
A place that’s very unorganized and they crowd you into a small place but then charge you a very high price. I don’t like it when I see people handle food with their bare hands. The place looks dirty and you can see lots of dust on the ceiling. Owner should be ashamed.
Good is grate SERVICE IS totally unprofessional servers don’t even understand English. The experience is much less then what we expected
Waiting over 30 minutes for a waiter to serve you is not a great start. But when a waiter sits down at your table and tells you he does not recommend ordering what you just ordered because according to him it’s to “greasy”, that makes the food not appetizing anymore nor does it make you want to come back. Then the waiter keeps coming back every few minutes to check on us with sarcastic remarks. At this point the food was not great due to the service.
Great food, excellent service (Joey deserves a raise) and they surprised us on our anniversary night with sparkles and great cake. Get the duck and sangria def delicious. Will return even though we live 45min away!
Horrendous service, menu and I m assuming from the smells around me real greasy, gross food. My husband and I ordered the burger meal, which came with fries. After waiting an hour the incompetent waiter comes over to tell us they “ don’t have the ingredients to make our food”. We ordered the simplest thing on the menu. I want to know why it took them an hour to let us know. There was no attempt at service recovery, apology, nothing. I would eat dirt before I ever stepped foot in there again. Also from what I could see of the kitchen it looks filthy in there.obviously I don’t recommend eating there??
Absolutely the best burger I’ve ever had. Service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was great. It was very expensive, but all Kosher restaurants are.
Food was good, but waiter and kitchen service was definitely lacking.Burger came with 2 items inside I specifically said to exclude, and fries were cold. They did redo it, but then forgot my coke.I couldn’t find my waiter, so I asked a waitress for more ketchup, and she told me sorry I can’t talk to you right now. Um ok…Never got it, since my waiter was nowhere to be seen for 5 minutes, then we were done eating.Asked for the check, that took 5 minutes too.Oh well ?Edit: They brought the check, I gave them my card, and then they brought it back for me to sign without giving my card back but I didn’t realize this.Called back the next day 3 times but no one picks up there. So I had to leave a message which took a day to get returned.In summary: they have good food but poor management.Their 65+ plus crowd doesn’t seem to care though, which is probably why they have no incentive to be better.Oh well again ?
