WARNING: Don’t go here. Worst chipotle ever. I’m from NY so I was excited the price was cheaper but they literally give you half scoops of everything. If you order extra for something, good luck. I ordered extra chicken because I said F it. Comes out to the same price as NYs regular and I know they skimp.. they literally gave me like 8 little pieces. Wild. I also bought chips and queso and the queso was like half full If that. Food was cold. Ordered for 820. Got it 10 mins later the line went faster. This is not the first or second time either. One time it was half an hour after my order time! This place is chaotic. Will not go back. Go in person wait on line you’re better off but even when I ordered in person the lady had her AirPods in and ignored everything I was saying and kept rolling her eyes when I said I wasn’t finished because she was not listening. Anywho that’s my rant. I’m gonna try the one closer to the i95.

I went there at 7:PM, the line was out the door because only one person was working behind the counter. Finally, another worker showed up. Paid for my meal and when I went to get ice for my drink- the machine was out of ice and the four organic teas (donation when purchased) were empty. I informed one of the workers that the ice machine was empty- he looked at me and continued filling orders. After my meal, I went to check- no ice & no organic teas. I’ve always had issues with this location.

Requested three beef bowls and they arrived with almost no beef,When I visit the store the employees try to give you as less food as possible, specially the protein.They could improve the customer service, be more friendly.Good flavor though.

Waited more than 15 min from my online order. Cashier was super rude to me because I told her she was forgetting my chips. Also saw a lot of people waiting for online orders and just one person doing online & in person orders.

I love chipotle but this particular location on the day we went around 6pm was only taking online orders because they were short staffed. There was a line of upset customers outside since they were messing up the online orders. I asked the guy politely if we could just go in and order to go since we weren't planning to stay and he was very rude. For all of that instead of having someone at the door telling people they were only taking online orders they should of put a sign on the door and he could of had been helping in the kitchen. The whole experience at this location was weird. I will not be back to this one.

Worst experience I've ever had eating out. We walked in the door and immediately a middle aged blond woman screamed at us. "We aren't making food!" The employees had decided because they're short staffed they would only do online orders. There were no signs.She continued to yell and was extremely rude. I've never been disrespected like this in all my 40 years of life. I also had two small children with me, one she made cry because he didn't understand why he couldn't have food and why she was screaming at him.Horrible , and the second time we've been treated this way at this location. Chipotle lost a customer for life.

Worst chipotle location. I had to give a star to write a review. Otherwise I would give none. The place is not clean, The employees do not respect the customers especially when there is an issue. We were there to pick up an order and the line was huge. We got our order and went home. When we got home the order was not only half wrong but also the right order came as half size. The plate was half empty. We HAD to go back to the store and instead of solving the problem, the employee who I added the picture, did not agree on giving us a new order neither a refund. He was laughing the whole time, saying he was the manager of the store and we had to leave with only our deception. This is extremely disrespectful and not acceptable in any shape or form. I will never go to this place anymore and for sure will not recommend to anyone I know.

I’m pretty surprised to find a chipotle I didn’t like. But I found it. If you order ahead of time, be prepared to wait 20 minutes or longer ahead of your scheduled pickup time. If you eat in, the food prep area is often not kept tidy and is somewhat messy. Last time I walked in (today) they weren’t even accepting walk in customers just mobile orders.This chipotle unfortunately is unreliable, and the service has some room for improvement. If I were you I’d go to the Chipotle on Military Trail if you’re in Boca as it’s far superior in every way.

Store is managed miserably. Manager is always yelling at staff which as a customer is off putting. Staff seems to work hard and this guy is just constantly yelling at them.Now they aren’t even taking walk ins. I came in and missed the sign on the door and the manager got in my face when I approached to order and said “it’s just me here!”Well buddy maybe if you weren’t always yelling at your staff they’d show up for shift. 11:30 am and you’re already turning away walk in business? Lol

Terrible customer service all around. This has been an ongoing issue for the longest time. Last night, I walked in around 7 pm and I was told they were no longer doing orders that I had to order online. While I was there, at least 50-60 customers were turned around and they were told that they couldn’t order anymore. They claimed the system was down yet, they cash register was on and nothing indicated otherwise. Apparently 3 employees claimed they were all managers of the store when a customer asked to speak to someone else. One of them was laughing the whole time and thought it was hilarious for some reason. This is extremely disrespectful and not acceptable in any shape or form. Some of these employees need to be let go. Last week I walked in at 8:30 pm and they told me they were closed. The door says 10 pm daily if that’s the case, this is false advertising.
