Poor quality food the last few times I’ve been here. I don’t expect my meal to be put together perfectly if I’m ordering during the height of lunch rush. However, I do prefer that the tomato’s in the pico are not seconds away from being spoiled. Not fun to spend $13+ on lunch and still be hungry after because the pitiful portions…
Not one to write reviews unless so this should tell you something. Where do I start? First off the tables are always dirty at this place, always have napkins or food crumbs left on them. Food has never actually been ready when it says it is if you order off Uber eats, not a huge deal but annoying. My big one is they give you servings as if it comes out of their own paycheck. I ordered a steak burrito yesterday, 6 bites before I bit into a singular piece of steak. Today it took 8 bites. Super annoying to spend money and have them purposely stinge me on steak because they don’t want to run out. They do this consistently, worst chipotle

What a dump this place is turned into. Every single table in the place is dirty and has food on it. Even the tables outside. Wasn’t busy inside people are standing around chatting that are employees and they just leave it like that. I even mentioned it to who I’m pretty sure the manager is and he could care less. I got a few photos they’re not great but there’s no excuse for this. You really need to talk to your manager. I’m also sending an email to corporate. Gross!

Nov. 11, [email protected] 5:04 pm. Place is filthy & quiet. No meats prepared just crumbs. I told female line server l’ll wait, she did all she did to discourage me not to wait. Manager, heavyset African American male joking with staff giving NO direction. How difficult is it to keep already prepared food at the ready for customers? Today’s youth is lost! Guess l’ll go elsewhere.
Every time I come here it always takes 10-15 minutes just to be served, 5 people to busy to take customers orders. Every other chipotle has better quality service.
It's a good place to grab as close to healthy as possible on the go for the price. Whomever the food prep supervisor is needs to dial back the salt significantly. Over salting the chicken and steak and beans for that matter just ruins the taste.Cut back the salt please?
Terrible. Charged me. Lost my order. Waited an hour for 1 item. Thank god I kept my receipt. Received major attitude with them during the entire process. Not coming here again.
Nice people but very slow. Hire one more person for the front and throughput should improve… Bottleneck is always the front. I see people walk in, look at the line; and walk right out.
