Staff is was short with me and told me they couldn't serve anything but meat and rice because the inspector was there and they failed inspections. When I asked if I could get the rest of what goes in a burrito from the fridge she said no. They were trying to get people to keep ordering when they had nothing available. They were extremely unhelpful and the lady at the register is rude as always.
I can tell you that easlity 70% of the time when i order delivery from that location they get it wrong. I keep putting complains and still...wrong. i guess is my fault by now lol07/09/2022 - Surprise Surprise! They got my order wrong again. And now you cant even talk to a real person on customer service, you have to report it to an automatic system called "pepper". Just a way of Chipotle on cutting costs on customer service ?I asked for Chicken Asado, white rice, black beans, green salsa, guac and lettuce...the picture is what i got....
Lettuce had yellow and brown marks (old)Waited 5 minutes to be waited in while one staff member was cleaning and others walking around. No napkins or forks at the service area. Not impressed. Worst run chipotle ever.
I will never give a penny to Chipotle ever again. I tried to order food on their app, and my order was placed in a Chipotle 10 miles away from me without me knowing. I always go to the exact same Chipotle without fail: the one closest to my house, but this time it randomly decides to place my order at their Coral Springs location.Once I got to the Boca location, I asked if they could make my meal where I was as I should not have to suffer because their app did not work properly. The store manager told me I needed to call the Coral Springs location, ask for a refund, and then get in line and pay for the food AGAIN while waiting in their long lines. Completely defeating the purpose of ordering on the app! So in other words; they wanted the paying customer to jump through 3 additional hurdles, just to get something that I already paid for.What they should have done is apologize that their app malfunctioned, made the food that I already paid for, and served it to me. Maybe even give me free guac or something since I got incredibly wronged on behalf of their app. I did not even get an apology. Instead they value their bookkeeping over their customers. And if that is the case; then they just lost one. I will be taking my hunger to Pollo Tropical from on.
Ordered for pickup, order was done before the estimated time however when I arrived home to eat it my bowl was missing everything except for the rice and chicken, i had paid for extra protein, guac and many toppings and salsa. Online support was a joke, gave me a bogo coupon for a future order and kept dropping connection. No resolution for my problem, feel completely ripped off.
Genesis was extremely nice and helpful. No issues with her. The guys who made my food were disrespectful and ignored my request for extra lettuce. The guacamole was brown around the edges, and when I asked for green guacamole, my request was met with pushback. I had to order extra steak to get a decent amount of steak, both on my bowl and quesadilla. I’ve never had an experience this bad at this store but I was extremely displeased. The attitude of the guys who made my food was horrible. No energy, no smiles, it really seemed like they hated their jobs. I doubt I’ll be here again.
This store has gone down ever since Brian and Eric left, when Brian quit IThought it was going to be all hell loose but that new gm erick managed to keep up not perfect it. This new GM Jacob is not customer friendly and wants to get you out of the store as fast as possible. It’s honestly disgusting, they should take their time to actually hire a real manager that will run this place correctly. I mean this is supposed to be fast food but It takes 45 minutes to get your food because Jacob clearly isn’t managing this correctly! I have managed my whole life and I have never seen such disorganization in my life.
We stopped coming to this location over a year ago because of a specific individual who works the line and she ALWAYS gave us a hard time about asking for a couple extra sides on the side. We came back again today due to proximity and got the exact same service. Ended up getting in an argument with the manager, cashier, and line lady (who is THE main problem.) When I said we were just going to leave they conceded the argument and didn’t charge us for a couple extra sides of cheese. The sheer fact that they are arguing over a couple sides of cheese shows the unprofessionalism and immaturity. Will NEVER be returning to this location again. NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES!
What's the point of placing an online order when the food is not ready at the pick up time. Then having to wait 10 minutes, while the people in line are getting the food faster than you are. Not the first time by the way.
I love chipotle don’t get me wrong. I work very close to this location so on my lunch I’ll go get it. Every time I go the chicken gives me stomach aches, the rice is undercooked along with the beans, and I can never finish my bowl. I’m only putting this review for them to hopefully be like the other chipotles. I got a bowl tonight with no meat and I can’t even enjoy it because everything is undercooked and my stomach is starting to act up.
