Wish I could give them zero stars. Only order from here if you want to wait 40 minutes for your food to never arrive. Terrible location. Hands down the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had.
It's alright, definitely improving from last year when I got really sick after eating there. Great location, but certainly not the best Chipotle in Boca Raton.
This particular location is always busy and the food is very flavorful specially the pollo Asado I love how is seasoned at this location. But the staff only works at one pace and it's slow. So if you are crunch with time you might try a different location. If not this one has fresh ingredients and the food is always good.
One of the best deals around for getting your food fast unless the line is long. Good quality food options to make your meal fully customizable.
10:45am opening is advertised but wouldn’t open until 11:02 due to “need extra time to prep” but i walk in to multiple employees eating and the cashier with AirPods talking on the phone. Terrible service!*zoom in on first picture to see cashier w AirPods* Talked to me and the person on the phone simultaneously.
The food was consistent but almost all tables were very dirty I asked for salt and they gave me that.
Have I entered the twilight zone, or is it real life an order with an ETA at 12 noon is not ready at 12:25? No one can tell me or the other 13 people in line WHEN we will get our food. Absolute insanity, and will never be coming back. Happy to spend my money elsewhere!
Im so disappointed with chipotle! I usually don’t order chipotle for lunch but the one time I did they were offering free blanco queso dip with the purchase of an entree I believe but it had to be ordered online. I tried placing my order and paying several times before I realized that something was clearly wrong with their website. My order would not go through so I figured I’ll just go into the storefront and let them know. NO ONE CARED, all they said was oh yeah it had to be placed online after I clearly stated that their website wasn’t working properly. Still no one cared so I just had to pay for my food and left. No one cared to honor their online offer.
Chipotle is usually great, I did have an issue here today. The soda tasted like carbonated water, the lemonade tasted like water, and for some reason the quesadillas were only online order. Had to wait an extra fifteen minutes to get one while I was already there.
Came hungry to eat. POS was down and would not take cash. Had to leave and visit Moes across the street. Horrible experience.Could of easily taken cash or offered free meals for their problem. Made a bad impression.
