Please change your oil more often. Lived here five years and have eaten at this location probably 8 times but today finally killed it. All but two times I have eaten here the meal has been inedible due to the taste of the chicken. Fries are always soggy or mealy whatever the chicken is what I go to CFA for. It always has an "off" tang to it like when we didn't change the fryer oil at end of shift. Not sure how it gets so gamey by lunchtime otherwise. Other locations and a family member OO location do not have this off flavor nor do I get sick at those locations. Just this one. It really stinks as this location is super close to home but we generally drive across town to get imo normal tasting CFA. If you could look into this, I would appreciate it and return to your location but as it stands I have tried several times now unsuccessfully to get this issue fixed. Thanks
Drove in circles confused on business location.Finally after 10 mins of avoiding other cars in this prooly made parking area.We have made curbside spots taken by 6 hour shoppers.I mean what's the point.

Lines at this Chick-fil-A location, like most Chick-fil-A locations, are generally incredibly long. Management does it’s best moving the line along with employees working down the queue taking orders but with the demand for Chick-fil-A so high, the line is inevitable.I always order a four piece chicken strip meal with a large fry and a large coke and it consistently comes out hot and delicious! Chick-fil-A’s waffle fries are in contention for some of the best fries anywhere!
I was the first customer in line today( this morning) and I didn't get my order first. It was a simple order , the #1 meal. However , the customer behind me got her order before me and she ordered More food. How was that possible?. My food was ready, but because she asked for her food ( her food was not ready by the way) , I waited for my order. So, she got her order and I still waited . Finally , the chick- FIL- a Associate saw me standing there next to her , which I was the whole time, gave Me my order. After the customer mentioned I was skipped. Terrible ? customer service here!!!!!
Worst service ever since I’ve eaten here in the mall. Most of the people come here because they’re mall employees and they have to go to their shift. There was an order of about 50 or 60 Chick-fil-A sandwiches in some kind of a black case on the counter which they proceeded to fill while they ignored all the orders of the other customers waiting patiently in line. Terrible management and logistics. Save yourself time and go to the vegetarian place and have a falafelAnd get this… My sandwich and french fries were ice cold to boot. Steer clear and go to another food place in the mall.Revised and downgraded to one star because my french fries were disgusting and greasy.
10/28/21 on my lunch break.. ordered a cobsalad, went in line waiting for my order and 9 people behind my order has been picked their food, not me. Ask one of the associate what happened and I have been waiting for too long.. the associate turned to me and said: I know, is not out yet..Then again, I said.. more than 9 people got their food and I am still waiting.. plz I need a manager to return my money..Comes a manager, all she could tell me was, they only have a chicken nuggets?!?!Sorry u r hungry, but w will return ur money. Poor service , poor management
Location nice,this particular location is like a bee Ives they be buzzing all the time to get your orders right beautiful customer service.
I am very upset with this Chick-fil-A I made the order online at 11:50 or around that time I still have not received my order and it's 1:23 Ill never order there again
