Today was the worst experience ever! I waited several minutes for my order and just before the guy got to my car, he dropped the entire bag on the road. He apologized and returned with the food some 9 minutes later [taking up most of my lunch break]. I asked him if I was being refunded, he said yes. I ended up waiting even more time, only for the manager to return to my car and tell me she didn't see why I should be refunded. When I returned to work I realized that I was given the food that fell on the ground. Needless to say, I called the corporate office immediately! Only at the West Boca location do I have issues with Chick-fil-A. All other Chick-fil-A stores seemed to be professionally trained to give all customers a positive experience.
3 orders made, 2 for curbside and 1 drive through. All 3 had errors. You can’t use digital Giftcards so we were told we had to go inside to get it straightened out.
