I am so appreciative of Avi. He is such a kind, calm, and honest person. Avi did a beautiful job for my wedding yesterday. He made sure that everything was done perfectly down to the last detail. He added in so many little touches to make our wedding extra special. His staff was very helpful and polite. I really appreciated how careful he and his staff were to follow all Covid policies and to keep everyone safe. He was very easy to work with and I highly recommend him. And of course, the food was beautiful and delicious!

I can't say enough good things about Avi Ballaish and CEK Caterers. Avi is one of the nicest people you can meet. He his always calm, and accommodating and just a true gentleman which is very rare in his industry. He delivered, and I have had countless people tell me that it was the best kosher wedding food they have ever had, and how excellent it was. The presentation was also top notch. He not only handled a large Palm Beach wedding, he also took care of Shabbat Dinner, Shabbat Lunch, and a Monday brunch. I have nothing but great things to say, and I am a very tough critic.
