After the kind employee suggested the Ancient Grains salad w tofu, I got it. Flavors are amazing ???She then suggested the carrot cake and it is one of the best I’ve ever had!They offer such a variety on their menu, for vegans and meat-eaters, alike. Will definitely be returning for more!! ?
Just discovered this place last week and I’ve already been twice! It is hard to find healthy food that also tastes very good. Carrot Express nails it with each item I’ve tried so far. The healthy burger bowl is incredible and I definitely recommend the ahi tuna tostones!
This review comes with a huge backstory but I think they truly deserve a 5 star review for how they treated me. My wife, Son and myself went in for lunch this past Saturday about 15 minutes after they opened so it was pretty slow. We ordered our meals- and like some other reviews noted, the communication was a bit sketchy because the girl who took our order didn't understand or speak much English. Once our order was in, we sat down. Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time for the food to come out. I'll spare you the details but everything was messed up orderwise- and we ordered a pretty easy order, it was correct on the receipt. It took us talking to 3 different staff members to get my son's smoothie to come out. My wife's wrap was very wrong and the replacement wrap was even more wrong. My avocado toast with chicken salad and sweet potato fries were fantastic.The place started to get very busy while we were waiting for our food and we noticed alot of frustration from other customers. The staff was just totally overwhelmed and looking back on it, alot of it was probably lack of understanding what we and other customers were asking for. Language barrier I guess.Long story short- I wrote their office a note letting them know of our experience. I will tell you it was handled by them promptly and they went above and beyond to take care of us. They listened to what we had to say and promised to do better. The communication with Gabriella from their team was fantastic- she really made us feel like they don't normally operate like that. We will absolutely give them another opportunity in the future.The menu items are amazing.Pricing is fair, Portions are good.Restaurant was clean and is a comfortable environment.
This was our first time at a Carrot Express. The customer service was awful. We weren’t greeted when we walked in and when I explained it was our first visit all I got was a look. I thought maybe we would be told about the food/menu: what you’re known for. Both of our orders were wrong too. The other tables around us were complaining as well so I know it wasn't just us. So disappointed. Definitely not returning to this location.
This is the third time we order from here, and the third time we have been let down. The food has no flavor, the chicken sweet potato bowl, was so terrible we threw it out. So tasteless. The Liv Wrap was so tasteless and dull unless you pour the cilantro dressing, it’s not edible. Very disappointed and now it’s been confirmed, their food just sucks. Oh and PS totally not healthy as they use poor quality ingredients, you can taste it in every meal, very poor food quality here and very expensive !

Food was actually pretty good. I got the huevos rancheros, which had a little too much rice but was fine. Carrot cake was tasty (little dense in my opinion, but still quite good).Coffee was horrible and they only filled up half the cup.Staff was uncaring and mute. We walked up to the counter. Had to ingage first. And when the worker didn't know how to ring something up, they ignored us and laxidasically pulled another worker over to try and ring something up. We had to do all the talking and engagement. Got no verbal response to questions. Like the food got delivered and my gf asked about the coffee she ordered, and the waiter just pointed towards the back and walked away. It was similar with all verbal interactions with the staff.Pretty good food. Had a bad staff experience.
i’m a soup junkie, and i have to say the kale and lentil soup is sooo good! its the perfect amount of brothiness, while still being filling with a good amount of lentil and kale. the flavor is phenom, especially considering how healthy it is.i also got the legal wrap with avocado instead of chicken, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. will definitely be a regular here!and thank you to the employees for being so kind to my little pup and i while we got something to go :)
Great food & customer service! When uber eats delivered the wrong order to my house the manager drove 20 minutes to bring me the correct order! It wasn't even their fault! The avocado toast with salmon or tuna is delicious. Highly recommend. I have tried other locations and they did not compare. This one is the best!
It’s a shame that a decent healthy restaurant has a poor customer service. I put an order for a delivery for a work event on Wednesday. On Sunday morning I called to verify - and they couldn’t find the order. So I went there and showed the order. They said it would take 10 min but of course it took 25 min and the bag was given to me with a face expressing that I am a huge inconvenience. But that would be okay if they didn’t end up screwing the order anyway. One salmon was missing and a special note for a salad was ignored. Thank you?
