Great food that tastes like home. If you haven’t been here before then you need to. Kind employees and great portions. We’ve become regulars.

I’ve been coming to this place since it open 1992. Practically became “my kitchen “ for breakfast on weekends, lunch sometimes and occasional dinner too ! Or maybe just to satisfy my craving of a delicious cafe con leche or cortadito. It became the place I took family to when visiting from up north and friends just to have a familiar place to chat while enjoying a great Cuban cafe . Juan was the original owner and all the girls that worked there ( including Rosy his wife ) where more than waitress ! they were friends. Always smilies , familiar holaaas and great service! Then Juan sold it. Things stayed the same for a bit but it began change with the new owner. Although there was a bit of a welcome makeover on the interior the true Cuban flavor began Disappearing. A lot more fish than Cuban dishes and waitress came and went and you could tell ownership was not as caring for the place. Still I stuck with it, the cafesito was still delicious and the regulars patrons nice to see sitting by the counter bar However little by little I’ve seen it go downhill, Service has suffered , the good waitress have mostly left (thank God Liz has stayed ) new ones don’t smile much and seemed to have forgotten they are in the service industry where a friendly smile goes a long way to say Welcome , and Most of all that the cafesito Will always taste better when it’s made with a little love of what you do. There was a service charge of 4% is added to the bill when you pay with a card and with prices on the menu kept going higher and higher it became more difficult to justify going there with stale service and poor and dated ambiance ! Still I went tho it did not feel like Cuban anymore! Then the pandemic hit and tho it survived the hiatus and opened again the owners have done nothing to bring it back to how it was before . Not even improve service to keep old patrons coming and new ones to discover this once great little gem .k They even stopped service breakfast for a while! Which was a shock for many ! Thankfully it was brought back but unfortunately the familiar feeling of the past Cuban place is almost gone. I have tried to be loyal but a $20 dollar breakfast bill for one (tip included) in a tired looking space with so so service and uncaring ownership is made me want to quit it. Not sure if this review will change anything. I don’t think owners care! But who knows ? Maybe they listen if enough of us say to them “ Bring our Cuban Back!”

I ordered here before and loved it so I returned. They have a awesome Cuban coffee called cortadito but both times I have ordered grilled pork chops which are amazing! They are super thick and the entree comes with 2 pork chops along with 2 sides. I was not able to eat 1/3 of my meal. The price has gone up since the last time but this is easily a shareable meal. This time I got the food to go. The restaurant is a little bit small and there isn't a printable menu The staff is friendly.

It was my first time here, the menu is written on various chalk boards on the walls, it was a bit confusing but our server was very helpful with explaining the dishes. I ordered the Cuban chicken meal with yellow rice and side salad, the chicken came out so flavorful and fall off the bone tender, and the rice was nice and moist. I will absolutely come back again soon!

Coming from a Brasilian family this restaurant HANDS DOWN best cuban food in the area. Our server Gabbi was such a sweetheart and the food came out in a timely manner. This restaurant is a MUST.

My family received an excellent customer service and our experience with the menus we chosed was nothing but the best. These young ladies who are running this restaurant know the science of human interactions. I strongly recommend this locally operated and owned to anyone interested in genuine cultural delicacies. OBTW, don't forget to try their Cuban smoothies. Shalom!

2/4/22 we stopped here after searching in google maps . It’s tucked in a corner of a small plaZA . Menús are on the wall . About 11 tables . You can’t wear outside -city won’t let them use the outside for dining. I ordered palomilla , croquetas . I am searing here right now . Don’t come it’s good . Coffee is excellent !! Bread is Awesome

Excellent food and attentive service. Small unassuming restaurant tucked away in a small plaza. Had the Bistec De Pollo and Cuban Chicken. Both were excellent. Know going in that you can bring alcohol in, but they don’t serve it. The menus were on different boards all over the restaurant, which was a bit difficult to navigate. All in, a good experience.

If I could rate 0 stars I would service has always been an issue in this restaurant today I went with my friends and my emotional support was rudely asked to leave because of the dog which was a small emotional support dog I asked to be served outside and I was refused service. In this place service is horrible but food is very good

Very authentic and delicious food. My buddies and I enjoyed some steak and Cuban sandwiches served with papas fritas (French fries). Definitely recommend his small hidden spot. I will definitely be back for more!
