Ordered a house salad for $42.00 for an event and all I got was a bag of lettuce, 2 unripe tomatoes and a handful of shredded carrots. I can’t justify this price at all. It’s a rip off. When I called the lady after the event she told me she would refund me only if I brought the salad back to her. How would one do that if it was used for an event? It was either I serve it or there was no food. Completely dissatisfied with the food, the price and the service.
I have been ordering from Cannoli Kitchen since the opened this location on Powerline in Boca. They argue with you because they do not know their menu. They insult you because they do not listen . I have always enjoyed the food but cannot stand the service. 1 pizza and 1 pasta dish was $50.00 delivered. Tonight was the last order. There are 3 other pizza places just as close. You have lost another customer.
Don't understand why marinara would be put on a lemon butter white wine sauce..... I have allergies and they never communicated on the menu or on the phone that the piccata would be paired with a red sauce pasta.... I called and no action was taken!I did ask about the pasta and asked her if I may do an angel hair with the piccata. Which again was not described with a red sauce. I look up pictures and have enjoyed chicken piccata multiple times in my life. I would have simply liked to have been communicated with and when I called action taken..
Pizza is amazing but thats it. We got wings for the first time and was surprised to find they charge $1.25 for a 1 ounce ranch. I didn't mind paying extra to put sauce on the wings (which I've never seen before anywhere else) but to charge that much for ranch was excessive.

Been ordering for 2 months now since I moved up the street and my place doesn’t deliver even though I’m still within delivery area but have not had a bad pizza. Tried a Stromboli very big and fresh ingredients. Garlic rolls are good and fresh. They definitely need to be a bit more wet but fresh Italian food!! Can’t ask for more coming from a true Italian!!
I would give 0 stars if I could. This is worst business I’ve ever seen in my life. These people from 22191 Powerline Rd Boca Raton FL 33433 lack brain use so they’re unable to write the client’s name correctly and, of course, they take orders incorrectly too. I had 5 people in my living room hearing me order on the phone and NO ONE heard me saying the word HALF. Guess what? One hour later I received in my house a pizza HALF AND HALF. I decided to call back and communicate the mistake. Then this rude, impolite, snappy and arrogant woman called Angela said many times that I was wrong, and I would have to hold the wrong pizza and return it if I wanted to have the right pizza delivered. The tone was completely disrespectful and unprofessional and when I asked her name she said she was the owner and I said I was very sorry if this is the way she is running her business. Then she got the nerve to ask me if I own a pizzeria. I imagine owning a pizzeria like hers must be very miserable and disgraceful based on her attitude. I have business myself and my clients are my top priority, that’s why I’ve been keeping them for years and clearly never disrespected who appreciates my work and allows me to pay my bills, payroll and keep my good reputation. And as I can see here I’m not the first one to feel disgusted and disappointed with this place. Take this advice and save yourself from this awful experience.
I ordered for them sausage and peppers and onions with cheese and sauce and one linguini with clam sauce they delivered it wrong the lady was rude I would never buy from them again I give them a zero
