This location should be closed. The employees do not care at all. We waited 20 minutes for our burgers to come out, then another 20 minutes for our fries, 10 more for our onion rings. Then the shakes came out 35 minutes after we were finished eating. The staff all have EarPods in while they are working and seem to have no interest in helping the paying customers. The burgers were ok, but the fries were soggy and unsalted and the onion rings were served in a bucket of grease.
Horrible! I never write reviews but i can't let this one slide. This place is going to close soon. I waited for 30 minutes for a junior burger kids meal. A kid burger and fries took over 30 minutes! This is fast food? I could have went to a fine dining restaurant and gotten my food quicker. That's just unacceptable. Then I get home and it's completely the wrong order! They gave us someone else's order after all that. Then the bathroom had zero soap. How are people washing their hands? There are a bunch of teenagers running the place and it doesn't seem that they can keep up with the orders. The place was empty. Must be the orders from the APP keeping them overwhelmed. This is poor management and lack of training. I see my review matches the other complaints I'm reading on other reviews. Management/ownership must do something soon to improve customer service and quality or this place will close soon. The word is traveling fast about this place. I'm never returning. Experience was too stressful!
This location is in the heart of a relatively new part of Boca that features other restaurants within walking distance.With that said, my choice to visit BurgerFi was a tremendous experience and the burger was cooked to perfection!Also, they feature a great team at that location with excellent customer service skills and fast turnaround times for orders placed.Lots of room to dine in along with some outdoor dining and seating as well. Whether the sun is shining or it's a rainy day, there's always room at BurgerFi for a great meal.Definitely recommend.
Convenient and delicious. Only complaint is the service. 1, when you order on the app for “ASAP” it doesn’t actually send them your order for 20 minutes so it ends up being 30 minutes till your food is ready. I try to order ahead and always have to wait longer than if I had just ordered when I got there.. annoying. 2, the bathrooms are always out of something - soap, or paper towels. If this was a one time occurrence I’d be okay, but we’ve come several weeks in a row where they STILL had not replaced the paper towels. And we tell them each time we come. Or they’ll be out of a Coke product, or condiments, for weeks on end. The people who work there seem like they don’t care sometimes. They’re not very friendly or helpful. You could be standing there waiting for a long time, and no one will come up or ask you what you’re waiting for. I’ve also been there several times and there will be 5-6 people in the kitchen but all socializing, and just one person is taking orders and assembling them and talking to customers (that one person is a rockstar, she has short black hair). Only reason we keep coming back is it’s my kid’s favorite food.
the food is excellent, hence two stars, but, it's simply not worth the wait. I've been here 2-3 times and during the lunch/dinner hours, they simply can't make the product quickly enough; I don't feel like waiting forever for a burger and fries and my last visit I saw several people sitting, looking at their watches, wondering if they were ever going to get their meal. I've already had that happen a month back on a Saturday night and it took 30+ mins to just get my milkshake.
Last evening was our First Time going to BurgerFi. There were 4 of us; myself, my mother and 2 other women. I was somewhat 'disappointed!' The 4 of us placed our order and it took a long time to bring us our Order , which was not brought together. They served one order at a time. One order, the Fries were cold and when they finally served my order and my mother's order, the burgers were cold. When we placed our orders, they weren't that busy either.I was disappointed because I had heard good things about this New Place but, wasn't happy eating a cold hamburger and Luke warm onion rings. I was also disappointed with the fact that I didn't think an order of onion rings which cost about $5.00 would only be 5 onion rings. That's a Dollar an Onion Ring. My mother's burger was cool also but we both figured if we sent them back, it would take another 20 minutes to get our food. One of the ladies had a breakfast burger, which she thought was pretty good and the neighbor who's blind, she enjoyed her burger but was unhappy that her fries were cold. I hardly ever give a poor review but unfortunately, We did not have a Good Experience yesterday evening. I gave 2 Stars for effort. I'm sure I will not return. My advice is, go and see for yourself if you love burgers that much but as for me, Paying $29.00 for 2 cold burgers, a cool order of fries and 5 onion rings isn't an enjoyable meal. This is a Glorified Fast Food Place which is Overpriced as well as cold burgers ? and ? fries and onion rings . I personally wouldn't tell my friends to go. Should you decide to go, Good Luck. I hope you receive better service and results than we did!!!
This place used to be great. I was a big fan of BurgerFi. But not anymore. I have been noticing the quality decaying since last year and last night was the bottom line. The place looked dirty, the fries were soggy, my ceo (burger) had no taste and it was falling apart. By 9:20pm I couldn’t get in anymore to refill my drink. They closed it earlier than what was saying on Google (10pm).It really looks like the place had been abandoned by management. Shame…
Terrible food, bad customer services, fries were completely burdened, the burger tasted horrible, That’s what happened when you put only young kids with no adult supervision to work. I will never eat there again. The quality is terrible!
This is the worst burger fi I have ever been to. I have come here on multiple occasions hoping for a better experience but it just hasn’t happened. Poorly managed, wait times exceed 30 minutes, never anything prepared (fries never ready. No ketchup available). All I wanted was a single burger and fries. Shouldn’t take 30 minutes.
Delicious burgers. Fresh fries. Melted in mouth onion rings. Cold beer. Thank you guys.
