Great customer service. The food was delicious. Dominique made us laugh the entire time. She really lit up the room with her humor. You can tell this woman is very fun and genuine. I loved the experience overall.

Went in with great expectations to get a chili dog for Memorial Day weekend. 25 minutes to get a hot dog, that was cut in half? and the chili was ridiculously spicey. A total disappointment. And they were very disorganized too. Don't bother to go here to eat in the restaurant. All they want to do is take out orders. Will never eat here again.
We decided to give another try to BurgerFi.We had a great experience,food was good,service excellent.Gus and Geneva, knowledge, professional and kindness make our "adventure" so much better.We are definitely recommended
Loved it here. Clean, friendly, very good food. Almost fast food but 1000x better. The fries were hot and fresh. I had the key lime concrete ( ice cream) it was delicious. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.
We visited BurgerFi in Boca today. It was our first time, and it was amazing! The food was hot and fresh and the service was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Jorge was the person that helped us and he was A1!! The best service I ever had in a fast food restaurant. Hi service was so outstanding I was compelled to write a review. Thank Jorge! I had the SWAG Burger and fries, and it was delicious. It was as spicy as I like them, and the fries were amazing as always. Then to top it off, Jay came by with a sample of their Strawberry Key Lime Shake! I'm not sure if I'd be able to drink/eat a whole one, but the sample was great! Thanks Jay!
I never give bad reviews but unfortunately I really feel this one’s appropriate. It took over 10 minutes to take my order and I was the only one there. I than got my cup for soda and the soda was tasteless (tried 2 flavors). I than continued to wait for another close to 30 minutes. I ordered the “CEO” burger which supposedly is wagyu meat. It was way overcooked and tasted worse than most generic frozen burgers. The person at the front wasn’t very enthusiastic either to say the least. I’ve never had a $14 burger this bad for sure. I’m not sure how this place stays in business.
Worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had. This was my second time going. The first time I went the food took 25 minutes on a to go order and was mediocre at best. I decided to give this location another chance as that was months ago and might’ve been an off night… nope. Despite only one order before us (who had been there for over 20 minutes already) and 6 people in the kitchen, the food took over 40 minutes, and we never even actually received the burgers. We also ordered fries with the aoli sauce, but no aoli came on or with the fries. Our friend ordered the burgerfi burger and when she checked it there was neither cheese nor an onion ring. I am astounded at how bad the service was for not only me, but every single person in the burgerfi from 8:30 pm to close. Two people even ordered after us and left without ever getting their food due to the wait. Do not go here if you like to eat when you’re hungry or like warm food.
Went to burgerfi a few days ago and it has changed a lot since my last visit for the better. Danielle took my order in an awesome and upbeat manner. The establishment was clean and the burger was delicious. The fries urban style were amazing, definitely recommend
