When I came, the lady working was very disrespectful and nasty. Very unwelcoming, and made me feel like I was a bother just for ordering. I witnessed the lady working there completely ignoring an eldery woman, who was asking for a straw, she later gave her a straw, but gave the woman no indication that she heard her, it's like she didn't even acknowledge the woman. When my mother went to pay for our orders the lady completely snatched my mother's card out of her hand before tapping it on a screen and shoving it back to her. She didn't even tell her the price or give her the receipt, my mother had to get the receipt herself from the printer. The ice cream is good, but no better than store bought and very overpriced, more than $5 for just one scoop. The horrible customer service didn't make it any better, will not be returning, I do not recommend.
I just had the worst experience at this ice cream shop in Boca Raton. I ordered 4 small cups of ice cream for my kids and I. The woman that was serving us and scooping, seemed upset at us for walking in. As she was scooping, she did not have gloves on as she was sticking her hand and arm all up in the containers. She seemed very annoyed that we wanted ice cream instead of frozen yogurt. As I was standing at the counter waiting for her to tell me the grand total, I unzipped my wallet, pulled out my card, and she didn't even tell me the price before she suddenly SNATCHED MY CARD from my hand, tapped it on her payment machine, and shoved it back to me! She was also nasty to an elderly woman in front of me, who asked for a straw for her milkshake. The man standing behind me, witnessed this and just stood there with his mouth open in shock.
I'm changing my review from 3 to 5 stars. This location obv got the memo and I see a total difference. They were very responsive, on-point and generous with the portion size! The individual assisting me was helpful and kind - I only hope they continue like I saw today! If they do = they'll be top Brendy's in the area!
I felt discriminated the first time I visited this store. There were two young Caucasian customers ahead of me who had ordered their desserts, received them and then paid. When the time came for me to order, the clerk paused before serving my dessert and asked if I could please pay first. I am not Caucasian. I have returned twice and noticed no one has been asked to pay first.
I called in advance to ask if they had vegan soft serve Icecream. The lady told me the flavors and I once again confirmed with her that those were soft serve and she said yes. I take a long drive over there only for the same woman to tell me they don’t have the vegan soft serve and that she never said that. Terrible customer service.
Awful exprience awful service horrible owner and dirty ...absolutely disgusting place do not go here. The owner is disgusting so rude and unfriendly. All ice cream taste same overpriced and really mean small business owner.
Have a gluten allergy and the workers weren’t properly informed on dietary restrictions even after we stressed how serious our food allergies were.
Great ice cream spot. They have all kinds of traditional ice cream as well as soft serve. They also make ice cream sandwiches and more for purchase to take home already made. Nice little sweet spot.
the frozen yogurt (all lo fat and tasteless) was gross and they wouldn’t let us try more than one flavor. service was horrible and the prices were wayyyyy to high!!!
