This has to be THE BEST Mediterranean food on the planet! My wife worked here and we ALWAYS crave it.The owners make everything fresh from scratch and are the nicest people ever. We miss Boca Skewers! Anyone looking for fresh Mediterranean food in the area, please enjoy this place for us!
Fancying myself a lover of Mediterranean/Persian cuisine it was about time I made it @bocaskewers in downtown Boca Raton. This quaint, strip mall restaurant has been around for about 15 years. Now I’m not certain, but it appeared that the entire place was run and served by just two people, which while makes the wait a bit longer to get served, vies for its authenticity. You can really taste it In the food, which I can surely appreciate. Starting with the roasted eggplant topped with house garlic sauce, I was delighted with its fabulous consistency and flavor and accompanying fresh pita. The lentil soup served with each dish was quite delicious as well, not being too starchy or thick. For the main dish we have the chicken soltani with its accompanying kefta kabob. Both were supremely tender and flavorful, a great combination indeed. For a price point of $20 a plate, I would have possibly like a slightly larger portion, but overall a lovely choice when you’re in the mood for this fare. It’s really a kind 4.5 stars.
This place is hands down MY FAVORITE casual spot in Boca Raton!!! I absolutely adore the service, I always leave feeling happy and well.. full haha!!! 10/10 would recommend checking it out. Armenian food is amazingggg
Absolutely my favorite restaurant in Boca. It's a small Mom & Pop type of business. It's cozy, the people feel like family & most importantly, the food is outstanding!!! !I take out at least 1-2 times a week. Healthy, delicious, and year after year, remains my favorite spot in Boca.
The food was terrible. The falafel was old and dry. It’s not a true Mediterranean restaurant. The service also sucks! She came out 25 min later to tell me she can’t make my main and got upset I told her about the falafels being dry.

The food was terrible. Falafel old and dry, missing babagnoush from the mezza platter. Waitress comes out 25 later to tell me there is no kabob. She was rude. This isn’t a true Mediterranean restaurant. I would never ever step foot in this place
Foods ok. Been made to dine there and get to go food as well. There is no slower service in Boca. Especially if you order to go. If you order online or takeout you are looking at two hours before your foods ready and that’s being nice.
Super tasty. Takes a couple of minutes but once you get it,it's definitely worth it. Enjoy!
So glad we stopped in. Food was delish. Loved the appetizer combination and the chicken kebab entree. Everything was lovely. We will be back!
