Great Kosher restaurant. Enjoy the atmosphere too.
Set there with my wife, ordered 2 shawarmas.I saw the guy filling up my pitas from the gas plate instead of the circleing shawarma. After a while, I saw him cutting shawarma from the stick, puting it in a bowl and continued to serve people dry shawarma.I had a shawarma place in Israel, and I understand that when there is no traffic in the restaurant you need to cut the meet before it will dry out, but when you serve people, you mix the dry shawarma with the jucey one...We got 2 dryed up shawarma. Will never return...
This was my third and last time getting food here. Once I got falafel and twice I have had the shawarma. Always to go. I always order with everything on it. That is to say they put on cucumbers and tahini. The shawarma is loaded with grizzle I have to spit out. They don't ask you what you would like to put on the sandwich while they make it for you like the other Shawarma place by Winn Dixie or Sunrise Pita. They didn't ask or offer harif, hot sauce. They didn't pack any chamutzim, pickles and cabbage. Not even a napkin. The sandwich was very bland. When you get good Shawarma or falafel it is bursting with flavor. Unfortunately, Boca Grill does not deliver.
If you see more than 2 tables with people, DO NOT SIT AND EAT THERE. Service is the worst. Food is not that good to wait 2 hours for it. Worst service ever seriously the owner should do something about it or start working himself and put some order there. I would put zero starts but I can't. This place is disrespectful how they treat customers. I would never recommend this place. Literally run away from this restaurant. And don't understand how hard is to take orders and make the fast food they are making. Ineptitude and disorganization.
The food was excellent but unfortunately the dining experience was not. The place is shabby and when we asked for a glass of water we were given tiny plastic cups the type of which you would see at a child's 5th birthday party. The meals are priced as if it were a five-star restaurant but the atmosphere was more like what one would expect at a McDonald's... They either need to rethink their pricing or gut and renovate the place and make it as upscale as the prices are currently.
My wife and I came for lunch on a busy Friday...I am giving three stars because the food itself was well prepared...the service however was another matter.first of all because we did a take out order we needed to wait....so we sat outside...the " hostess" immediately kicked us out of our seats because they were reserved for people eating there...we also experienced the same thing others report ..namely..people coming in after us...ordering ...and having their orders completed before ours....none of this has anything to do with being short staffed..it's just bad customer service...fix that...and you will have a nice restaurant... because as I said the food is pretty good
Ultimately the food when we got it was good, but the service Was the worst. I finally got to order take out went outside to sit down and wait. I was asked to leave my seat. My order which was supposed to take 15 minutes took about 40 minutes. I watched people come in after me get served, others just get up and leave after getting sick of the wait. Never again
Excellent experience, very good authentic foodExcellent service, definitely will eat there againHighly recommended
The food was absolutely delicious, amazing lunch and dinner. Servers took great care of us and it felt like family at the restaurant. I highly recommend the schnitzel baguette!
Had to wait a long time. Personnel not friendly in fact kind of rude
