Undercooked dough, wet n soggy. I had tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil, topped with arugula and basalmic glaze. Very unimpressed. Skimpy toppings couldn't even taste the arugula. Could hardly pick it up was so limp and had liquid running off. My first n last order, better off with frozen pizza. Gave 1 extra star because at least the delivery was fast

Staff was nice. But if you only care about cheap price and not taste, then this is the pizza for you. Might as well buy some frozen pizza at the supermarket. Locally Tucci's and Anthony's Pizza is still the way to go. Even Tommaso's pizza is better. My kids even thought the pizza at their school tasted like Blaze's. Sorry, but we were disapointed.

Pandemic curbside pick up is advertised but was refused & not provided. They were 1/3 full in the restaurant but may have been busy with take out orders understandably. The lady answering the call was abrupt when we asked for the advertised curbside service, and we were parked right in front of the entrance where we could see her scowl on the phone with us.We wanted to try something new. We love Lebron and we were happy to support his enterprise. The pizza was pretty good though we were a bit soured by the attitude.May opt to just stick with Cannoli Kitchen.

I have to give Blaze Pizza 1 star (2146 Federal Hwy location) mainly for their lack of customer service and care. A non profit organization Cleft Of The Rock told me if I ordered from Blaze Pizza on a particular day with a code then a portion would go to the non-profit. Turns out they pretty much hide on the mobile ordering design where to put in the code. Before I knew it order was complete but without the code. I tried calling multiple phone numbers and speaking to someone there in person. I never got to a person on the phone, and in person the manager there said they were not willing to reverse order or add credit to the non-profit organization. Why even offer to hold a fundraiser their if they are just going to steal the money. I only tried to order from there to help a non profit. Sad business model when a customer can't truly get help.

Super cute place for a lunch date! My boyfriend and I went on a Saturday afternoon, and it was pretty quiet even though there was a good amount of people there. I'm vegan, so I did the "Build Your Own" option with marinara sauce, vegan cheese, vegan chorizo, and a bunch of veggies. It was super good! The vegan cheesy bread was honestly just half of a pizza crust with some vegan cheese, but it's been so long that I've had cheesy bread, I was happy. My boyfriend isn't vegan, so he definitely got his money's worth of the build your own pizza moreso than me. He got like four different types of cheeses and meats as well as veggies (all for $9.99!!). Overall for a big spread with each of us getting our own pizza, the cheesy bread, and drinks, it ended up being like $35, but next time, I think we'd honestly just share a pizza and be just as happy. You should go!! I recommend sitting outside!!

There is something about having fresh food prepared right in front of you. What makes Blaze even better your full without being miserable full. It's filling but light not heavy. The build your own option allows you to pick & choose what you feel like that day. No mushrooms, no problem. Extra jalapeño, you got it. Meatballs on 1/2, done.

Before I say anything I would like to say I don't blame any employees for my poor experience. I do however blame poor management. I've been to the Blaze pizza in Wellington and it was a night and day difference. The overall morale of all the employees at this location was in the ground. They seemed drained and generally unhappy and it definitely affected the end product. To say the food was mediocre would be a gross overstatement. It was bordering on being completely inedible. The quality of the ingredients seemed to be quite low, the dough seems to have been frozen VERY recently, and in comparison to the other location everything seemed to be extremely subpar. One of my very worst pizza eating experiences in recent memory. It's probably not the most fun job, and they're definitely not well paid but the employees seemed visibly defeated. The responsibility falls on management to help employees have a more positive environment so that they can more effectively provide better service. To have the expectation that they'll have excellent service regardless of the circumstance is foolish. I hope to have a better experience next time but it is extremely doubtful I will return to this location.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I called to get a take out order. A few pies and some salads. Sequena (not sure of spelling) answered the phone. It was Monday at 1:51pm. Before I placed my order I asked if I could also BUY a large pizza box to transport the desserts I had. She said she would have to ask her manager. I said fine can you ask. She replied “no, ask when you come in”. “He’s too busy”. I said I’m going to go someplace else if I can’t buy the box. You can’t just yell over to him. “No”. I ordered from Manhatten Joe’s and they were more than helpful!!! You missed out on a $150.00 order….

Today, when i walked in to blaze pizza i approched a client that was really rude while the manager was being polite. As the conversation started developing, I started to see the client getting more aggressive in the way she was speaking to the manager. I don't know what her intentions were, but it seemed as if she wanted to gain something out of a pizza.
