Took 20 minutes for our server to come over and then it took 40 minutes to get water. It was not even busy, but everything took forever. Three tables that sat after us were eating before we even had water, soup OR salad!! I was disappointed in that.

My hostess was so patient and I really appreciated that. I made reservations for 18 people for my mom’s birthday and I feel so bad that 3 people was so rude to their hostess at that table. I didn’t get her name but she tried to be as helpful as possible and I heard that they continued to be rude. My deepest apologies to the young lady.

As always, excellent food and service. Will continue to frequent.

Came here for a family birthday celebration. We had an early reservation and they sat us right away. Didnt realize they sat us in the pathway of the bathroom. Would've been nicer to say to sit on the other side of the table so I wouldnt constantly have people pushing behind my back to get by. The cleanliness of this place left a lot to be desired. I got a bit of an ick feeling seeing crumbs of hibachis past on the grill, the table underneath looked greasy and the floor still had food all over it. When we finished there was a cleaning person cleaning all of this so I dont understand how it was still so dirty, perhaps they need to invest in a better mop/broom/sponge. The food was fine, incredibly salty, nothing amazing. The chef was nice. Not sure if it was him or the place but the "show" was kind of boring, nothing to make me say I want to see it again. I'm not local to the area so not sure if there are better hibachis around but I wouldnt run back here

You never know what you are going to get at Benihana. This visit was very good. Food was great, check was great, waitress was great. thnx

We had a late reservation, and the staff and team were amazing. the food was excellent and the service was great. Always recommend the Boca location.

We ate in the restaurant not at the hibachi. The one waiter was taking care of the entire tables. He also was working at the bar. You can imagine therefore that the service was a lot to be desired. The entree was brought to us while we were eating the salad. He took it back to keep it hot. We then waited for the food to be brought back. It was lukewarm still and not very tasty. Warmed up again but not any better. It was not the best night.

We are regulars at Benihana and this visit was horrible, the portions were so small and the service was bare minimum

Adolfo the hibachi chef was excellent!!

This is American culture at it finest disrespecting asian cuisine. Got spicy edamames, turns out it was edamames soaked in teriyaki sauce… not even chili oil. Udon noodles cooked with super salty soy sauce… and thats it. Had to request sriracha chili sauce to be added to’em. Same goes for my wife’s salty soy udons too. Just about everything was salty. Oh, but the fried soft shell crab was good👍. The cook seemed distracted the whole time with something in the foyer or something? He did ok, but needs to learn to pay more attention to his clients. They are to entertain us with volcano onions and chew chews trains and stuff! That’s how they make the $$$. Can’t forget desert, ahh… mmm… mochis? they sucked, as well as the suped up thick breaded thin slices of fried bananas. First time to a Benihana’s and definitely the last to any Benihana’s. This place is screaming American cultured, not one asian eating there… and that ladies and gentlemen is how you identify a real asian restaurant. When Asians eat there!
