This is a small, quaint hole in the wall beautiful boutique French cafe. Very authentic. Everything is delicious from the croissant French toast, lattes, and to die for apple tart.
We stopped in for a quick lunch ? bite while i was in the neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised how rich and fluffy my quiche was. i had the lunch combo quiche with soup. French onion soup was tasty with baguettes at the bottom and shaved gruyère on top. I noticed a covered patio for shaded outside seating. next time i will try some desserts.
Pastry tasted horrible and was stale. One staff member was polite and professional, whilst the other should be fired. She was very rude to me when I did absolutely nothing to her, she stared at me the whole time I was eatting very awkardly/aggressive and I was afraid she was going to physically attack me. I would not eat here again.
Love this place! Very reminiscent of a French cafe in Europe! Food is great! Coffee was excellent! I am so surprised to see some of the reviews about customer service. I’ve been multiple times and everyone is friendly and efficient. All around one of my favorite places in Boca!
We arrived on a Saturday with a Party of 9. The place was half full and we were greeted by the hostile owner who decreed we can’t seat you outside so we sat inside. The owner who did not want to serve us cause she said several times that there is a 30 to 45 minute wait on getting our order. Our server was just terrible I mean terrible. The server kept on serving food that wasn’t ours and for some unknown reason they refused to serve us crepes. I ordered a cappuccino and it tasted like they just added water to used coffee grounds.the food was average and served cold.We actually had to wait 20 minute just find out where to pay. The amount of people walking out without ordering was alarming. Honestly the owner should just close the establishment and start over.
A middling experience and I only came in for a quick breakfast sandwich. The croissant left something to be desired and the eggs tasted pretty bland. Ordered an iced americano only for them to inform me they dont have any straws…Wouldnt recommend if you want a french bakery experience there are better locations. Better breakfast can be obtained at dunkin donuts
Bakery of France is my new favorite place. I'm 1/4 French and lots of people recommended French bakeries when I moved back to SoFl. I've found not 1 but 2 amazing local businesses: Bakery of France on Spanish River (seriously, you don't need to go anywhere else) and Bistro de Vincent in Lake Worth. NIRVANA. Pastries, croissants, etc. exactly as they taste and smell in France, a really nice cafe menu indoors and a sweet patio outside. I'd go there everyday. Un chapeau /hats off to this hardworking team. They brought the art of French baking and a touch of European class to our humble, Boca Raton strip malls, adding to the amazing diversity of great food we have access to. Vive la France! and wishing you success always. <3
Quick service. Everything our table ordered had wonderful flavors, fresh ingredients, and properly made drinks. Recommended for an easy stop.
HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY RUDE OWNER!We've been visiting this place several times for breakfast, eating in, and picking up some croissants before going to the beach. This morning when the waiter brought our coffee and drinks, she brought two old and cheap plastic cups with very rough and worn-out edges. After I asked her, why they are using such old cups? Her comment was: "Ask my boss". Not "Sorry", not "let me replace it for you", very careless.After we finished our breakfast I found the owner inside and quietly told her, that this is disrespectful to treat your customer with an old and worn-out cup like that. Immediately she became furious and irritated telling me if I think this is disrespectful, I can leave and pointed to the door. Simple "sorry" could change the whole situation, and that is what you expect paying $50 for the breakfast in Boca Raton! I could expect such a rude reply from the careless waiter, but not from the owner!Definitely not coming back!
