Service was really rough in here today. We sat for 10 mins before a server came over after my self and another guests flagged someone down.Then my order never came. Then when the server went to check on it..they were still working on the burger and sweet potatoe fries. Finally the manager came over and fixed it after he apologized for all the mix ups. He ended up just comping my meal. So thank you to the manager. 3.5 stars

We went on Easter Sunday for Brunch..This Restaurant is Known Worldwide and Located in North Miami Beach..The employees are wearing ?all Customer’s are following requirements too..The employees seated us inside or you can request outside seating.We had a short wait for seating.We we’re able to order our meals within a timely manner.Customers are able to order Drinks with the food orders!!The shortage of employees due to the Virus didn’t Effect this Restaurant..The menu has Special deals between 12-4pm!! The employees wipe down your table before and afterwards.Customers are able to pay with Cash,Credit Cards,Debit Cards or Apple Pay..The prices ?are Affordable for any Budget and Worth the Visit ? Beware the Area has limited Parking while Construction is going on.
Obviously best cheesecake options in variety and quality. Very convenient to have lunch or dinner. Waiting time can be bad, an hour or more if its a weekend. As you know their startup bread is also well known for it softness and great taste. Their menu is long.... On the healthier side go ahead and try their salmon, Mignon or any of their chicken options. You won't go wrong on any of them, keep an eye on the calories, haha. Piece of cheesecake at the end, can't miss it.
Went for a quick happy hour meal! Was really disappointed with the food, I got to cheesecake quite often so I’m somewhat accustomed to what I get. To start the fried Mac and cheese was cooked perfectly but the sauce that it came with was off and it was a bright red instead of the orange-ish red color that it usually is, and the Buffalo blast where horrible I had to ask our waitress to take it back because it was that bad soggiest Buffalo blast I ever had.
I have ordered and are at this restaurant many times. Some of the foods ranges from good to average to poor. You just have to know what is tasty on the menu. Customer service tends to be their weakest attribute apart from some of the foods that are of average and or poor quality and taste..My recent visit was atrocious. I stood by the bar area beside a dirty table waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence and clean the.One employee I asked can I get this table he said yes after someone cleans it. I watched him walked to the side area drink his drink chatted with his colleague did not wash or sanitize his hands walked by me to go serve foods several times. I watched other employees including my server that I got later walked by me as if I was a ghost for over 10 minutes. Finally the guy who cleans the table walked by me saw me standing by the table cleaned the table with a rag that had been use over and over again with a bottle solution and placed the rag in his apron pocket. He cleaned the table not the seats. The dirty salt and pepper shaken we're not cleaned he shoved them to the side. I sat down and waited again watching everyone passed by. The waitress.came up to me handed me a menu of of who had passed by me over 5 times without acknowledgment . How sanitary is that vs covid sanitizing. I ordered ginger cooler drink with no Ice. It was served with ice. I asked for the ice to be removed the waitress returned with less than half full.of drink in a tall glass after removing the ice. I told her that is ok I will order a drink in the mall. She returned with a full glass of drink. The drinks and whatever they used tasted near spoiled nit fresh. The salad I ordered was a good portion with a small piece of salmon on top. The salad was wilted and discolored with a pinkish color to the stems...The salmon was ok. It also tasted stale and not fresh. I brought it to the waitress's attention. I was unable to.eat all of meal. I left most of the salad because it tasted bad. I paid and.left the salad and took the brown bread to go which is awesome. That was my dinner a stale glass of drink and the brown bread with the piece of salmon.
Celebrate my birthday, the waitress was very nice and friendly ?????, food was great as always....... loved my raspberry cheesecake
