Awful customer service !Got there 10 minutes before the store closes and they did not take my order !Employees unwilling to work !If I was the manager from that store I would have fired all of them !Employees rude and unwilling to work

I don't usually write reviews so here goes. Light ice = less drink. This one actually tasted extra strong like there wasn't enough milk. When you order a shaken espresso here, they shake it so much that half the cup is foam and then they add so much ice so most of the rest is ice. You are not getting a venti (which means 20, as in 20 ounce). I always ask for less ice because I know this store in particular tends to overdo the ice. At this one they charge extra for light ice or they forget without mentioning and just fail to fill up the cup. The amount of drink in a hot venti should equal the amount of drink in a cold venti, otherwise it isn't the same size This almost definitely doesn't. They did this to me once before but I let it slide because they added milk at my request. Also it looks like I'm not the only one with this complaint on here. Two stars because some of the staff is very friendly. I can update the rating when this drink size game ends. The extra couple ounces of milk wouldn't even equate to a drop in this busy location's bottom line, but it makes some unhappy customers.

Exactly what you expect for a Starbucks, not sure why people have high expectations for a partial small coffee shop in a department store.

Great coffee

Today Joshua was very courteous and professional. It was busy, loud and bustling; even after there were some issue with the scan, was kind enough to write when I needed him to. He was also kind enough to explain that that decaf machine was no longer working and that's why we couldn't get a decaf drink.

Placed my order today November 18 , 5 minutes before 8am and my order was completed 20 minutes later for 2 sugar plum danish with no one else in the store placing an order for food. And a burnt piece of danish is what they gave me.

I’m so disappointed by my experience at this Starbucks. Apparently now Starbucks charges for no ice! As they were making my drink I realize they are about to fill it with 80% ice so I go to tell the man no ice and he rudely tells me I need to pay extra for no ice?! This is ridiculous and no where online or at any other store does it say this. I’m not paying $5 for a cup of pure ice. The customer service here is disgusting and I’m really not sure where they’re getting these new rules from.

I was at the starbucks in Macy’s and I ordered a pink drink that said LIght Ice the barista did it extra ice or more it passed the “decaf” box that is designed on the cup. I didn’t notice until my drink was finished I was left still wanting drink so I made the line again an ordered a drink I told the cashier what had happened SHE just looked at me and told me well your going to have to pay for the grande drink. AFTER i had just told her what happened so I did pay for it and i fill up my VENTI cup with the GRANDE drink that I had just REPURCHASED and it filled up all the way I feel as if I was getting stolen if that’s the case then I might as well order a venti cup of ice and a Grande drink to fill it up. Unbelievable
