HORRIBLE ? MANAGER and unprofessional lady with a long ponytailI spend over $100 a week at the fabulous Starbucks in Sunny Isles Beach - where the staff and management are OUTSTANDING- however I stopped at this store for my usual caramel machiato with extra caramel. The woman preparing it - with a long ponytail- just a bit of caramel and I asked for more as my order is extra extra caramel - she went and got the manager on 5/22/22 at 4:40pm. He came out to argue with me and tell me that my order was filled extra caramel. I was shocked ? because Starbucks’ customer service is outstanding - so I proceeded to ask him for more caramel and he denied it!!After asking him 3 times he finally gave me a few more drops! This guy is Unprofessional, arrogant and should NOT be near ANY CLIENTS - much less managing a store. He should be in the back of the store!!
I’ve been to this location over a dozen times and guess how many times I’ve actually had a cup of coffee? Zero! This place is constantly making up its own hours and closing at weird times of the day like 10:30 AM or 12pm. I’m pretty sure employees are making up their own hours and putting a sign up at the door that says they’re temporarily closed.
In this Starbucks location the service is bad, the employees greet you and talk to you as if they didn't want to be there, the drinks are made perfectly some days and some others taste bad, I don't know if it's due to lack of ingredients or just not the they do as it is. It's annoying since you pay a high price for a drink that just doesn't taste good
It was fine. Typical Starbucks. Front door could stand a little cleaning (nothing major). However, they play the music so loud how do they expect you to sit and get anything done…
I come to this strabucks every other day. Some days are good and some days we'll everything is just wrong. Either out of supplies and food , this happens a lot. Or your drink isn't made as usual, Or the employee or employees are rude, at the register. I have never intended to complain but today I was very disappointed with how the cashier treated me. There's no respect for your usual customers. This kills your desire to come into the store. Management needs to get on top of this Aventura location . To bring a better environment and work on their store supplies.
I like Starbucks, but this store unfortunately is horrible. Always something happened. And today i ordered online, and they gave me expired product, the box with chicken which I usually take.And it’s my closest one, and unfortunately I’ve to go to another one which is far, because they always work amazing!I hope they will change something.Good luck!
Woman with the long curly was really rude. Really rude..her coworkers had to apologize for her rudenessThrew down my simple hot chocolate and didnt even listen when i requested it ..got that wrong ...ordered !! me over to the working register..Just rude..no thank you..or have a nice day...She makes the working environment tense....you can see it in the coworkers.11/4/21 8am...really sad...
Good Starbucks right off BISCAYNE Boulevard. A bit busy for a lazy Sunday afternoon. No drive thru though. Outside sitting area.
I love the afternoon crew such good hospitality and welcoming vibes even under pressure, but today’s morning crew were kinda rude I ordered through mobile order, so i’m not late for work. I came two mins later than the expected time it wouldve been ready. They were helping an uber driver fine, I saw my stuff was ready so I asked if there was an order for me and they stated “the section I asked is not for mobile orders” and pointed towards the section for mobile orders. That’s fine I waited cause i’m sure they heard my name, then only to realize my drink was made wrong. :| I couldn’t ask for remake cause i’ll be late but that’s what I get for being nice :’) but my fave employee there is Alysia she held a convo with me during my lunch haha won’t forget her
This used to be a great Starbucks past year, quality has gone down, wait time is ridicules even if you order on app you have to wait to ask to get your food it doesn't make sense. Food comes cold drinks not made right. I don't blame the employees (although some can be rude) they need more people behind the counter for such a busy store. Management is failing at this location.
