Very good customer service. Gary was really helpful and welcoming. I really appreciate his great customer service. He loves his job!!!
This is worst managed starbucks in Dade county. My wife and I spend $40 a day in this Starbuck in the hopes of also getting some work done. Yet every time we are here the music is so loud it's like being at a Justin Beiber concert. What's wrong with you people? Perfect example of how common sense isn't common, especially when dealing with people in Aventura.
Avoid the cashier with long curly hair and a yellow hat, she is rude and loses your order. Shanine corrected that, she is the best employee and the only reason i am coming back there
Coffee was weak.Unfortunately I found Dunkin coffee better. The Brista wasn't friendly (actually he was kinda rude)
This place clearly takes more orders than they can take ... It took 20min+ to fulfill an order ...And the long wait is not about the people working here .. they work non-stop but Starbucks should think when to cap online orders ...
I really love this Starbucks in general but want to give a special shout out to Ramses. He is crushing it! Took a tough order that no other worker could figure out. He is a quick problem solver and a great worker. Clearly needs a promotion and a raise! Thanks Ramses. :)
Pitt bull was inside of this restaurant this morning . People seemed afraid and the owner was careless. Dogs should only be allowed on the patio. This is unsanitary and quite frightening, may I add
