I went to the front stood there for 5 minutes, the store was empty, I was ignored the whole time, no greeting nothing. 2 people there, girl and a guy just standing there ignoring a paying customer who enjoyed a smoothie there so much this week and was craving another. I said hi to the young woman at the counter and ignored again. Finally she asked if I was ready despite ignoring me almost 10 minutes. I walked out. I'll make smoothies at home from now on. Lesson learned.
I’m sorry I don’t have a photo, well I drunk it all up before I thought about doing the reviewBut I can say I’m not easily impressed but I was very pleased with my smoothie and I will be returning again, this morning was my very first time visiting a store and the worker was very kind, he made sure I was happy with my order, I order the metabolism blast ? and it was a small one because I didn’t know how it would taste but after I had it I wish I had order the large one, if you thinking about taking them you will be happy. This is a really great coffee shop. You get personalized service, the baristas actually listen to want you'd like and will do their best to accommodate you. The owner is a great guy and is always happy to see customers. You never feel rushed to leave like some other franchised places.
It was a good visit even though the Smoothie King wasn't there himself. Gladiator smoothie with coffee and bananas was delicious. Service was good as well
Just got in and the guy working never move his but from the seat, never said hello, never looked me or anything, never asked, I was invisible, then he get up and pointed to the menu and shake his head, I don’t come back and that’s why this place was empty

I personally didn't like my smoothie. It was way too sweet. Maybe I picked the wrong thing. I might give it another chance. The locations is good, seems clean and the staff was nice.
Visited on 12/2/2021, Stood in front of the register while a women looked at me and looked away. I said hello and she said nothing, continued to ignore me. I stood there for another 4 minutes until a young man came to help me. All he said was are you ready. Yes I've been ready for 6 minutes. I ordered my 3 smoothies which one was a FOOD ALLERGY.I waited 30 minutes while everyone who came in after me received their smoothie except for me. I came up to the counter after sitting in their filthy chair, I asked the woman is my order is ready. She had NO clue what my order was. after the two women argued on which order was mine. They tossed it to me carelessly. Note I also Asked which smoothie was the one with the NO PEANUITS and they also had NO CLUE. No marking on the cup. Also, smoothies tasted like water.Very unprofessional, Thankfully I survived this experience. Wont be coming back here.
Amazing location I go here everyday to get an Angel Food smoothie and I am very satisfied. The staff is exceptionally courteous the location is spotless, the timing to receive my order is always accurate and there is never any complaints. Whoever who is the manager at this location has the right idea of how to run a franchise and should be acknowledged as such keep up the great work you guys.
Location needs a DEEP cleaning. Counters and floors sticky. Red chairs in lobby are dusty. I don’t want to think about the coolers, prep area and blender sanitation. I will not return to this location again, decided to NOT drink my smoothie.
