The attention was fine. It took longer than I expected to get the food but nothing too crazy either. The place around is nice with a lot of space to sit and even a ping pong table to play with your friends.
Overall the food was pretty good. If you like the typical burger joint you'll like their food. My only complaint is I wish they served a bigger portion. Service was decent and relatively fast
Finally tried Shake Shack and downloaded the app, had the Shack Burger, it was very good, along with the crinkle fries. Also got the chicken sandwich for later, also very good. I like the fact they make your food upon ordering and you get a text once your food is ready. The only thing is, the burgers and chicken sandwiches are a little pricey, but they are quality sandwiches, so it is what it is and worth it, lol.
Always a huge fan of Shake Shack. One of the best burger places around. It never disappoints. Not the biggest fan of the chicken however.Ordered a double cheeseburger with all the toppings. Soo good. Definitely coming back.
One of the managers there named after Denise in shake shack in Aventura mall one of the best workers there she takes my order with no problem no attitude no nothing if one of the workers there mess up my order she comes and fixes it for me the correct way SHE NEEDS A RAISE she is the best one there so far and i love her service so much
This job is not a good job to work at the mangers and crew member's do NOT speak to you say hi hello Good morning NOTHING when they clock into they shift.it’s full of high schoolers and (kids) they don’t give u the correct training they train you for 1 day in then through you on the busiest station for you to fail with no help the team members barely help u when u need it most the crew members are very drama filled and rude it’s almost 20 people on every shift everyone bumping into each other NOT saying sorry or excuses them they don’t use (safety words )for the businesses there’s no space to actually work. The management system is very poor.so please save your self from this negativity and draining job it’s more great opportunities and companies that will be worth your time but this is NOT one of them it’s a big Noooo for me.
The line was long but moved faster than I expected. The food was hot and very tasty. We thought the burgers would be double the size than they actually were. For me it was plenty, but for the cost, the expectation is bigger portions, especially with teenage boys. The lady that took our order was very friendly and patient with us since we were a big group.
Shake Shack was delicious! Despite the mall being absolutely packed, we got our food relatively quickly. The prices were reasonable (keep in mind your eating in a shopping mall) and the food was nice and hot. There was plenty of seating even for our large group. Will say that the staff did struggle a little in getting the food out to the right person ? Overall, a good experience!
Fries are strange, no salt and strange after taste, burgers barely ok, mushroom sandwich barely ok. I added lettuce to the black truffle burger 59¢ didn’t get it, it didn’t taste any better than a McDonald’s burger so I don’t know why it’s so expensive. Mushroom sandwich lacks flavor, it’s just a dip fried mushroom in a sandwich, no seasoning no flavor. Ordered the 10 piece chicken bites with bbq sauce, didn’t get the sauce, chicken bites box were the size of a Wendy’s 6 piece nuggets, NOT worth $7.49. Portion sizes are all small. $8.89 Burger is smaller than Burger kings whopper jr. $8.89 does not come with fries or drink, so almost $9 for a small kid size burger. Fries only come in 1 size, that size is small. $3 for fries, you get more fries from a McDonald’s large fries that are $2. Ordered 5 milkshakes- 2 were $5.29 and the others were $5.99. The sizes of the milkshakes are a Burger King small soda, you will be disappointed by the size. This place is a - “go to try 1 time and never again.” Too pricey for a family, for single diners- I don’t know. 4 burgers, 10 piece chicken bite, 5 fries and 5 shakes $90.45. You are better off going to flanigans, better tasting food and better prices. Shake shack is for people who like to spend money on tiny tasteless food.
Fresh and tasty. Served quickly even though it was packed on Black Friday. Lost a star because the chicken on my sandwich was probably half the size of the bun.
