Counter service is horrible stood there waiting for lady behind the counter to acknowledge me. It took her like thee minutes to realize that I was standing there.Not even hi welcome to Penra I'll be right with you.Zero. Horrible service
Easy to locate, clean, friendly staff. Delicious bagels and psstries. I needed a bakers dozen bagels for work, that amount was not available at another Panera, so I called this one, it was available. The server set them aside for me since I had to drive a distance there. I'm extremely grateful for their service. Their walnut spread is absolutely delicious. Also their cranberry muffin and their blueberry muffin.
I gave two stars because the counter service was deplorable.I stood by the counter at least six minutes waiting for service then a line formed behind me. The counter lady finally looked at the line as if to say next.(how rude).The coffee was good the bagel was tiny.Walked way..
Excelente I like it a lot creamy broccoli soup and the chipotle chicken flat bread so good
I love Panera Bread restaurants but I didn't get lucky with this one. Inside was not clean, all the tables were covered with crumbs, nobody was even trying to clean..They ran our of everything, no bread for sandwiches, no chicken, no napkins. I was waiting for my order for almost 30 min!My kids needed to use the restroom, and it was so nasty!!! Toilet paper was all over the floors, the smell was disgusting.I hope the owner reads this review and tries to fix this.
Nice panera in the Aventura area, there’s plenty of parking around. Clean facility and overall friendly staff. Other restaurants around to also choose from.
They did a fabulous job preparing and providing our catering order. Great crew and management at this location.
Went for a chicken Cobb salad to go,, and when I got home there was not chicken on my salad. Really disappointed ? The one on Biscayne and 182
