This place is horrible they spilled coffe so instead of helping the customer while someone cleaned the coffe they had two people cleaning the coffe and telling us to wait. I asked for coffe with light caffeine because I have blood pressure problems and he gave me with double caffeine. I almost had a heart attack
I love this Boutique store everybody is helpful and give you the best advice of your betther options about the coffe machine and coffe flavors. I want to recommend to Rafael he is very knowledgeable and nice person. If you are walking for Aventura Mall don't miss out to enjoy a wonderful coffe in this place.

I hate that you have to wait in line to enter, but oh well. The experience was worth it. The employees were all really nice. Very easy to drop $100. But again, worth it.
Best customer service I’ve had in a while. The line was short (about 3 in front of me) and I was offered a complimentary espresso while I waited. Kenia was so sweet and helpful with recommendations. Working in a mall during the holidays isn’t easy but the staffs ? attitudes made for a very pleasant experience!

Having been the clients for so many years it’s disgusting to be told that the bigger pods are now discontinued because nobody orders them but you can get an even bigger pods but to use it you have to buy another coffee machine ??? Why the hell would I want to buy a third coffee machine
Every time I come to this store the service is absolutely horrible ! Unprofessional rude and arrogant stuff . Very slow as well.Comparing to New York store always run of the capsules samples and always put their faces about previous customers . I don’t know if it’s a Miami thing or every time I get to this store they make me feel this way .
Me and my Fiancé frequent this store and have had received excellent service up until today. We came into the store just to quickly pick up coffee and continue errands, when we wait over 15 minutes in line with only two people in front of us. Waiting is no issue, others in front of us were offered coffee while they waited while we were ignored. When it was finally our turn, the woman working there eyed us up and down (we were wearing sweatpants and shirts all clean) but not dressed glamorous. Quickly rushed us out of the store and wiped her hands clean of us due to our attire. Charged me for an extra sleeve when I specifically stated the number I wanted, and left immediately after handing us our bag. There was no one available to help me correct the situation. No one offering us samples or even giving a hello. No customer should be treated as less due to the way they are dressed. Extremely rude, unprofessional, all due to the assumption that we are not worth their time due to our clothes. Will NOT be returning to this store, please train employees to be more respectful to customers regardless of outwards appearance.
It was the worst experience shopping that I have ever had,I always believe in second chances but we were treated very badly twice by the same person Michelle. I will never go back to that store or recommend them.
