My daughter and I went for brunch today.. eggs came iced cold and undercooked; bacon stringy, greasy, pancakes also iced cold.. table never cleaned off..Waitress seemed too busy.. she did take back cold food and brought new; still undercooked eggs.. do not know what happened but 15 mins later I had the most awful stomach pains ever; used their bathroom; it is now an hour later still going to toilet and awful pain; my daughter now as well!!! Think we got food poisoning; terrible service; awful breakfast and now poisoned..will not be going back to Mo’s.. also the bus boys must clean off the tables!!! Really dreadful experience here today!!!!
Been coming to Mo’s for years and never been dissatisfied. Food is hot and on point and very good. The bagels are one of the best in the area. Staff is great. Never had an issue. Plenty of food for the price
Great service. Very good food. Huge portions. My only criticism is that they do not know what a “cortadito” coffee is and this is considered a sin in Miami!!!
Other reviews had the same problem. My bank statement from Moe's was more that I signed for on the receipt. Called Moe's, sent them my bank statement and copy of my signed receipt, and was overcharged. They kept sending me a text to come in and pick up my check, I told them I'm back in New Jersey and send me the check. Never received it. Prices were exorbitant for quality of what you received, everyone was disappointed. We will never go back and make sure our friends keep away. You would think for a few bucks customer relations is not worth losing customers but I guess they need the money. Keep away.
I live in Aventura and appreciated The best NY style Deli .The owner is friendly.The best bagels and the food is fresh.I love The brisket it’s phenomenal!
I went here wanting to get a lox bagel, but couldn't find that option on the huge menu, visions of Shitt's Creek ? so I ordered the lox appetizer that comes with a bagel, and the server recommended the nova instead. I should have gotten the lox.Our table sat under an air conditioning vent that constantly dripped water onto our table and the seat. Thankfully I didn't sit directly underneath it. One of our menus had food stuck inside it and once our server brought our food he didn't follow up and we had to get his attention a couple of times. Our experience may not be the norm but we won't be returning.
I will no longer go to Moes bagel the waitress are very rude and the owners are over charging. who can afford 25.00 a ruben sandwich? The worst experience ever had watched the waitress smoking cigarettes and then serving food. I havent seen them hire any black server's ever! The owner Mo is never around he busy buying Bentley cars while he rips off everyone in town
French toast was under cooked. The bagel bread was hard and burnt. The service was good and fast. We have been here before and the food was better. Maybe it was just an off day for them because they were busy.
My favorite dinner for a casual meeting.The dishes are huge, the prices are very fair and the service is always on point.Don't hesitate if you look for a place to grab some food
The best smoked salmon in Miami !!!their nova is not salty , neither dry the perfect and tastier one from hundred miles around!!! Same for their tuna salad and fantastic ruben sandwich!!!The best deli in town!!! Great service ans top of it!!!
