Excellent, my daughter loves this ice creams, simply a beautiful concept, we always get my daughter's birthday cake at this location! Laura who is in charge of decorating the cakes is the best, super efficient and she provides a great quality service. She is the sweetest ! cakes look really nice and delicious. everything is excellent.
Good yogurt and good selection of syrup and toppings. Customer service is fast but unacceptable I can't get a receipt. Warning, the fruit isn't sweet at all. If you want to feel like you are sucking a lemon, get the fruit as well
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I can totally understand why all their reviews are based on discriminating childrens. Their flavors says it all because they cater to older people with the amount of sugar free disgusting flavors options available. At closing time sharp a very rude lady asked me and my family to leave the table because they needed to start cleaning. It wasn’t only us it was another family that was there eating too. We were not even halfway finished our froyo. Stay away bad service.

This is my daughter's favorite place for frozen yogurt. The place has a lot of frozen yogurt options including NY cheesecake, mango and many more including kosher options for topics.There is a point system that allows you to collect and redeem for free or discounted items. There is plenty seating areas both inside and outdoors.
I rate this place 5 stars.To begin with I personally found it easy to locate.Menchies is a self serve ice cream place,that has many flavors to choose from,or combine.You can add toppings to your ice cream as well.I liked that the boba was in small containers.The service was fast overall.You pay by the lbs over her,so don’t worry it doesn’t matter how many flavors you choose.Masks are enforced ,not required.The staff was nice,along with it being organized.My experience overall was nice.I did not meet with any problems.

My two kids were happy with their frozen yogurt. I really didn’t like the attitude of one lighter skinned female. Seemed like the one in charge. Whom shushed two year old son. Then I went next door to the pizza place realized that my son left his bottle in here. It wasn’t even thirty minutes she said that it’s been way over an hour so she threw it away. I guess attempting to do some good service no longer exist.
Good ish okay so the frozen yogurt is bomb it’s bussin bussin lol but there wasn’t a Options but on the other hand had a great selection of toppings but the staff a was not very helpful wasn’t the friendliest like didnt explain anything we had to figure it out on our own she was just on her phone
