Oh my gosh! This is the cutest little macaron Café. Probably some of the best champagne I've ever had!
I would say it is a replica not the real thing. I had an amazing service at the one in NY and i was thrilled to see it in Miami. Sadly, we couldn't order from the menu. It was only to go order of whatever they have out. The taste is not the same and service not that great. disappointing.
Went there to have a cold bottle of Veuve Clicquot and something to eat and everything was OK, including the service was excellent (Thanks Pamela). However, when our first bottle was not not finished yet, and one hour before closing, the manager came to pick up everything saying they were closing in an hour but not taking orders anymore. We asked if we could have a second bottle of champagne later and she said we have only 5 minutes to order (remember they were closing in one hour!). Miss Catherine: you're a terrible manager, your attitude and rush to close the place you're trying to run lost your bosses at least $150 in revenue, and that's why we're going to go somewhere else with our business. You don't deserve us as clients. Good luck Ladurée, you will leave Aventura Mall earlier than I thought because of Catherine.
I visited Laduree Aventura many times and always had a great experience, the macaroons are very good ! love them. Customer service is great, I am always greeted and served well when I go.
Is a beautiful place, so fancy but the service is really really bad, the administration have to make changes urgent in this area because is pretty and offer delicious treats.
They don’t offer anything to eat apart from their classic macarons at 6 pm. So why do they open in first place if the are not serving the customer with a proper sandwich or bagel like if it was dinner or lunch. I’m had to sip my plain tea as if it was a regular tea house. Nothing fancy, won’t return. The waitress was nice
The macaroons are amazing as usual but the service was literally trash. I went in there and it smelled like dead animal, the workers didn’t even acknowledge me or my wife when we came in and they had an attitude while serving us because apparently we interrupted their small talk among the staff to be attended. I think a complete change of staff would maybe change my opinion of this establishment. It’s so sad to see this type of service at such an iconic and beloved company like Laduree. Very disappointed!
The manager is an angel! I accidentally left a bag under one of the tables outside the store. The next day we went back for it and she had put it away knowing it was valuable. Coffee is also delicious!
Amazing food, great presentation, overall good value for money and excellent service, food also came out very quickly. All in all I’d highly recommend.
I came today to Ladurée, haven't eathere since I was in Paris, great experience, I didn't Know you have here in FL this franchise, I would like to ask for bigger menu, but the service was very kind and fast , thanks Pam and Merly great great service.Congrats , great coffee by the way, I even take one to go.
