Lets just say it was an average experience. The food was ok nothing special. The concept was excellent. I like the fact that we could order ourselves and the food came straight to us on a conveyor belt. Waiters and waitress were attentive maybe too attentive when our bill got too high lol . However I don't think they cleaned well at our table because at the shoot where we dispensed our plates there was a dirty napkin inside that got caught. My son had fun. He couldn't wait for the prize to come out once you dispensed 15 dishes so he ate as much as he could. I would give it a higher score but in the middle of our dinning experience someone was walking around with his jeans half down his ass. The sad part was it was an employee.. Shockingly no one told him to pull it up, not even his boss. I felt like I was in ghetto land.
This restaurant is for people who love fish. Not enough choices for meat eaters or vegetarians. Setting is quite small, but they have all plates covered and plexiglass between tables. If you have any social distancing issues, this might be a problem. Tons of employees and tables packed. Don't be fooled, a good portion of their menu has offerings for $2.65. Then, there are $4 to $7 eats as well. The concept is good, and the service is quite friendly!
We went to this newly opened restaurant in Aventura, Florida on Saturday, January 23, 2021 and were seated at table 8 around 6pm. The sign in process was relatively quick and efficient and that is where service stopped and lack of service and mismanagement began... We were told the waiter will be with us shortly and after waiting for 20 minutes, my wife had to get up and look for an employees 3 times to get basic things like chopsticks and soy sauce. We ordered soups directly from the waiter and informed the waiter of onion allergy and asked for the soups to be made without green onions, 20 minutes later to our dismay, both soups arrived with green onions in them. After we asked to speak to the manager, a female employee came to our table and advised us that she was the corporate manager. After we explained all the issues we have encountered, she basically said oh its your fault, you should learn how to use the screen above your table properly and offered a $5 coupon discount off out table check... The food quality was decent and the food was fresh and I also liked the innovative concept where the food you order on the screen arrives right to your table on a conveyor belt, unfortunately, our entire experience was ruined by horrible service and incompetent management and while I would consider giving this restaurant another try, my wife decided she would never visit this restaurant and/or any other of their locations.
I loved my experience here!!! And I liked it because... Free parking lot. Great and effective service. Impecable tables and chairs. Hand sanitizers in different corners. Plexiglass on every table. Organized staff and everyone was wearing, gloves, masks. And I even noticed how they people in the kitchen were also wearing that plus the hat for clean service. I loved it. Good price. Each plate you take to your table from the revolving table, is $2.65. But be careful when you get your food, so you don’t spend more than you can. My advice is to be cautious and check the screen where it says how many plates you have had on your table. So you have an idea of how much you will be paying. And last but definitely not least... the taste of their food. Everything was beyond delicious, pretty, fresh, and so colorful. The presentation and the taste was clean and so nice!!
I had been told to check this place out since it was grand opening. it was a nice thing to try out lunch here and I wasn't disappointed. the digital waiting list was nice and you could check out the time left online and the hostess coming out to get your party. now I have been to other revolving sushi places and this place is the Best!!!. the place is clean and the waiter asks you if you have been here before or not. he explained how the food came around and how to order anything not seen on the tray. this place is very fun place or a conversation date, so try this place out and you will see that this place has a cool vibe. I will have to come back.
