Healthier options than your typical fast food place. They offer pre-selected salads and rice bowls or you can make your own. Usually busy for lunch but the wait is not bad. I do enjoy their Chicken Fajita Bowl.Well priced and probably the healthiest option in that strip mall.
Extremely expensive. I really loved the food, however, it seems like the staff can never get my order right.I thought ordering online would be a better option.. but nope. When I came, the door was locked, (it’s 5pm) they close at 9pm I believe. They unlocked it and told me my order wasn’t ready.. no problem.I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes, and the line staff who is making my food coughed in his hands, is picking his hair, and is handling food.Disappointing.
I was charged 99 cents for a very small container of extra dressing. After paying 11.00 for a salad, this should be complimentary. I have been a longtime weekly customer, but after this occurrence I will go elsewhere. Customers are the reason businesses thrive and without customer service there is nothing.
A bit disappointed.Tried the chicken teriyaki and found it to have much less food than in the photo (which seemed appetizing). Flavor was ok, I wish they actually mixed the teriyaki sauce with the chicken and not just drizzled it on top. It really felt like chicken with teriyaki which is lacking. I didn't feel it was a satisfying portion so I ordered the Barry shake. Found it flavorless, it could have been called a banana or pomegrenate, there was absolutely no flavor.Lastly and probably most importantly, the service was bad, I was waiting in line and they simply tended to someone else that was behind me in line. When I tried to order the shake they looked at me like I'm some UFO... completely shocked.I'm only trying to point this experience to management so that these issues could be improved.
I love the food..but I don't like that the straws and forks are not covered with anything and handled with their hands..I have seen many times..no gloves..one time I asked for a straw..the cashier just reached down and got a straw after handling the cash register..I just feel it should be more aseptic especially during the times we live in.
Let’s be honest, I wanted to try a different place to change things up but it didn’t work out as smoothly as expected. The service was adequate but as I now see, it is very difficult to make your own item at least from what you see in the store. What helped me was trying to order online where the options were much easier to see… that said, it was much more expensive when you want to customize so I recommend just getting a pre-made item on the menu. Lastly, the “warm bowl” was not warm at all but it is what it is. I was in between giving the place 3 or 4 stars but 3 for overall experience. Even after all of that, the food was actually pretty good!
Food is good, but a bit overpriced
I visited this restaurant today and all I can say is WOW! Food was delicious ?, Fresh and Healthy friendly environment, was my fist time and she recommend me to try the Crispy Poblano salad, I will be back for it tomorrow and everyday now ? Love itYou guys deserved 6 stars ⭐️ Keep it up ??
Never again.We've been wanting to try this place for such a long time. So we gathered up 2 more couples and made a date out of it. The employee was decent, although she was just so frustrated having to explain our options being it was our first time. And after a ridiculous nearly 30 minutes of making our salads.. she brings out a tiny sign that explains a no cash policy and asks us which card we will be using today ? What ?! No CASH ?! We were utterly disappointed as we all had cash out to pay ! She grabbed the salads back.. TOSSED THEM INTO A GARBAGE CAN.. and instructed us to " pay better attention to store policies before visiting another new place ". ? I had to hold back my sisters left hook.Unprofessional and obviously Unnecessary behavior. I doubt this place will be around long.
Heard about this little restaurant a couple months ago and was not really attracted to it since I assumed all they had was salads. Wrong! I was invited to try it, ordered throu UberEATS and all I can say is WOW. I had the Farmers Basket and it was soo good! Very fresh, loved the tender kale, pickles onions, the combination was on point. Will be back for sure!
