I’ve been here numerous times and I have never had a bad experience but this time it was the worst. The food was dry, they brought us the wrong order about 4 times. The service was horrible and today they were short staff. They forgot to put my brothers Nutella crepes in the order. We asked for more pineapple pieces for my brothers immunity shot but it never came. My mom ordered the Asian sesame salmon bowl but they gave us a quinoa salad instead. This will be me and my families last time coming to this juice and Java we will be going to the one in sunny isles instead.
Juice and Java has a variety of foods and drinks to choose from. Loved the JJ avocado toast. The service was great. My food came quick and efficiently. I've ordered through door dash multiple times and my order has never failed. The employees communicated well with everyone and were super professional. Definitely recommend this place if you want to eat in a good environment.
I’m trying to make better food choices and I’m truly grateful for this restaurant. I have tried couple of the wraps and salads as well as seafood chowder and all were fabulous! Full of flavor and a little spice (just the way I like it)
Fresh, clean, sustainable food and smoothies. I tried the protein bowl with Turkey burger, fried eggs and broccoli. It was perfect! Also tried the tuna wrap which was served with a salad dressing on the side to dip in. The only thing I didn’t like is that the wrap was so thick you can’t even bite it. Coffee was great and there are so many smoothie options or make your own! Great place to go to for breakfast or lunch.
Sophia was extremely rude & had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in & asked the hostess with menus in her hand for a menu. She did not give me a menu & told me to go to the back to get one & order. The To Go line was in the middle of the walk way of servers, sit down guests, & the bar. It was chaos! I asked Sophia (the To Go cashier) for a menu which was right on the counter but I couldn’t access it. She told me to go back to the front & ask the host for a menu. I told her the host told me to come back here & get one from you & she rolled her eyes, shoved everything that was sitting on the menus off & finally gave me a menu. When I ordered from her she had the worst attitude just because I asked her a question. The servers seemed very nice but all the To Go guests were in their way. There isn’t a pick up order sign so I didn’t know where to stand to get out of the way. It was also very loud so if they were calling out names nobody could hear them. My smoothie was put in the same brown paper bag as my hot meal & since Sophia spelled my name Ira (which is not my name) my order was just sitting on the counter. They had to ask me what I ordered to determine which bag was mine. They really should give you your smoothie by hand as soon as it’s made instead of having it melt next to hot food. My smoothie was melted & although the vegan quesadilla looked very appetizing, it lacked seasoning. The guacamole & salsa was also very bland. For the price I was very surprised at how bland the meal was. I would have visited again to try another vegan meal but I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. I felt that they didn’t want my money. It’s so unfortunate that there’s such a blatant disregard for customer service from the owners & management to have those employees at the front of the house. They also need a bigger space to execute this restaurant properly.
What’s great about their food is that ingredients are of great quality and menu items are put together to benefit gut health. Intentional cooking! In my opinion, J&J is one of the few places that offers truly fresh fruit juices in the area. Coffee is excellent, they use Illy, one of the top coffee brands! I love many of the dishes on the menu but some of my favorites, the nori rolls!
I called this place because they having huge menu, I didn’t know what to choose. Esperanza took my order, everything she suggested turned out very tasty! Pictures speaks for themselves! I sent them to all my friends! I think I can’t live without Breakfast Quesadilla since I tried! I want it everyday.. ? Delivery Man Phil came so quick, was very polite and nice too! Thank you guys!
My favorite cafe ever! Healthy food, great atmosphere- staff is so friendly and nice- great team work! They take care of us so good ?? Argentinian girl Esperanza is a best juice fairy- smoothies and juices she making are unbelievable delicious! Açaí bowl she makes with all the berries and nuts is something super amazing and yummy too! ?
I just had lunch here first time and was nicely surprised how much salmon was in my delicious omelet! Crepes with Nutella it’s delicious too omg! I asked who did my delicious lunch, they said her name is Esperanza! Thanks her I enjoyed it a lot! Latte was so good too! I Definitely will be back!
