Very disappointed,The menu is a little priceyThe food was adequateThe service is very slowAnd they got my order wrongI ordered a pastrami burgerWhich is obviously a hamburger with pastrami on it ( price $18.99 )Except there was no pastrami on it.The pastrami was brought to meAFTER dinner was over and only because I complained.The punchline,After the slow service and screwing up my dinner order, I then find outThere is a mandatory 18%Gratuity added to the check.I am not cheap, I tip wellUsually 20% or more if the service is very good but the word gratuity means you are gratefulSo I am trying to figure out exactly what I am grateful forThe slow serviceThe overpriced menuOr the inability to correctly fulfill an order.I do NOT recommendI would pass this one by...Just sayin
If I can give 0 starts I would. I ordered a sandwich specifically with no tomatoes. I can't eat (nor touch) tomatoes, and I told them that. We live 45 min away and by the time we got home and opened it we saw it had tomatoes and it was so gross and soggy. I called to get a refund and the owner/manager REFUSED to take responsibility or refund me for a mistake that THEY made. She even wanted us to BRING IT BACK!! Meshugana! She was so rude and despicable to us on the phone. Cheaply made food by cheap people. #DISASTERThere are better places to spend your hard earned money.
Was here a couple days ago. Food was magnificent and Service was perfect. Props to the long haired boy who served me. Definitely coming back, such a friendly environment.
So i came here yesterday and The food was really delicious.My friends and I enjoyed every bite. It was amazing service too by Joseph and marina.Jose the chef was kind to me also when I asked him some questions about the food. I really enjoyed my self here, glad I came. Will be talking about it to other people
Although I cant speak on the in store dining experience, I can say how amazed I was with my order placed through UBER eats. The presentation of the food and packaging were verry unique. After opening up, I enjoyed a mouthwatering crispy chicken patty evenly layered underneath a unique selection of what appeared to be sliced beef. Which in turn turned out to be grilled pastrami. Something id never eaten before and didn't regret trying. Both lettuce and tomato were all fresh to perfection, while whole heartedly speaking I must mention the sweet potato fries were not greasy like other portions I've been served in the past, Although they did arrive a slightly warm I still wish they were delivered more hot and best part of all my request for plain topping were understood and processed as requested. Not to mention the bread was also fresh and crisply toasted. Maybe the great service and fresh food explains what in my opinion is a bit of an overpriced menu i plan on visiting this establishment for the dine in experience soon and will be back here to to provide another review as for now holy schnitzel has been added to my favorites keep up the good work !
This review is for the store and that last review left by Nancy.If I could I would give it more stars, I came late at like 10:10pm and I see a crowd full of people. Waiting for food. So I go up to the nice teens at the front and asked if they are taking orders and they were. They told us it will take a few because they were backed up on orders as I saw. they informed us that the kitchen was short staffed that even their manager was on the line helping out. That’s insane to think that, and what a wonderful manager that guy was, helping the kitchen and trying to hold the store. While we waited for the food, that lady Nancy and her husband started to yell at the teens because why weren’t they taking orders at 10:15 or 10:30 and they screaming at them that they came from the keys. But the girls told them they were very busy So they take the order and told them it will be a little wait because they were backed up. As they showed the customers. About 45 goes by make sense the chefs can only work so fast. I didn’t mind the waitAnd OMG the Schintzel is to die for ❤️, the sandwich was so amazing and delicious, best wait of my life now I can see why they were so busy. Everything from the loaded pastrami fries to the holy toasty was so flavorful.Then Nancy and her husband came back in ? and started to yell and belittle the teens Ashlee and Louise and their manager Joseph because how they made them wait more than hour for food and that the food wasn’t ready yet and forced them to cancel the order even thoe they were working on that order very rude people.I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars to those employees because I could never deal with people like that. Nancy you are rude and a mean person hope your food is horrible for the rest of your life.Holy Schintzel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 stars for your amazing food, and to your amazing employees they worked there butt off to serve us last minute . Ashlee and Louisa you did amazing and the manager Joseph outstanding job running the place as controlled as it was. Holy Schintzel should be holding these employees for dear life because these are hard working people that any business would love to have
I got this yesterday didn’t go crazy on the meal, just plain rice and baby chicken. the best thing ever while it’s plain so I can imagine all the other stuff that I could’ve added 100% recommended. Great service by the two girls yesterday. Will be coming back this week
We were hungry after a long day visiting the area and shopping. Came in for quick fleishik meal. On the recommendation of the nice girl behind the counter we chose a Corn Flake chicken and a Holy Toasty, to take with us to our hotel. Service was efficient and both dishes were delicious.
I ordered a schnitzel sandwich if I could give a minus 1 I would schnitzel was beyond burnt not even edible and with the lettuce and tomato soggy and wet and grilled onions on the side there was something brown and hard I have no idea what it is hungry and disappointed
Food was delicious and came quickly. Options to takeout, eat inside or eat outside. Waitress was sweet and excellent. Sandwiches were large and very good. Highly recommend!!
