I been visiting many Cold Stone locations. And I have never seen or experience a bad customer services. At this location all employees are in the phones at all time. They talk in the phone while assisting. Also having personal conversation in front of the customer and not appropriate topics. Need better management and training. Very poor.
How is possible that this place hasn’t a bathroom available. We are buying your products and cannot use the restroom to wash our hands? The city should closed a good place like this. Or maybe is because this guys (the employees) don’t want to allow the customers to use the restroom to don’t have to clean when finish the shift?
Ice cream was good.Employees were slow. Couldn't tell the difference between vanilla and coffee flavor. Or almonds versus pecans.
Today was a horrible experience, the attention was very bad. The employee was using air phones and he didn’t know what was the order, actually he gave us a terrible ice cream presentation he put the cup inside the cone making the cone destroyed and my hands were completely on ice cream I try to be gentil and explain him the situation that was his fault, he just ignore us. I like the place and I been here before, I feel frustrated. You guys need to choose better the team, basically looks like the guy is not able to work with costumer service.
Rude kids providing service.Kids don't know how to use the cold stone.No apple/Samsung pay. Out order bathrooms.... outdated and ghetto.
The place was great, everything was clean, everyone was nice, ice cream was delicious. But there were like 4 vanillas so maybe different flavors? Either way it was nothing but great! ?
I went there twice both times I had a great experience, the workers were nice and the ice cream was really good.
I love ice cream!!!! Cold stone creamery is the best place to go. They even helped me pick out a delicious cake for a birthday.
Employees attention is terrible and today I guess the ice cream was not good and was still given out anyway. Looks like I have a stomach virus cause of careless employees?focus up bruh
So disappointed. The employees don't wear masks, they have long nails and not gloves to handle the food. We are afraid to get contamined with the lack of healthy measures. 15 minutes to get a shake, the employees didn't know what cover to use and several of them touch the same cover without gloves. A nightmare don't go there too risky
