FIRE THE MANAGER!!!!!! This place is a zoo! No organization, disgusting and filthy, & absolutely no customer service! I blame the manager for all this! Ordered online, food was 20 minutes after promised time. The girl who gave me my food sucked her teeth and stomped her feet because I asked for more salad dressing. To top it off, I get home and it’s the wrong order😡😤…. And I live 35 minutes away🤦🏽♀️ The place is always dirty! And as much as I like their food, I will not return…..I will be calling the health department on them tomorrow and contacting corporate. PS…if ordering online please double check your order to make sure it’s correct…
This place is horrible. Severity undersaffed. Ordered online to show up and find out they do not even have any of the ingredients we ordered. Not to mention they had lost the ticket first when we had ordered an hour in advance. Only 2 people working on the line and about 7 in the back waiting to come out until there was a problem. They had ample time to help the line of customers but seemed like they were all on a "smoke" break. Get it together. Do not take the order if you do not have the product to fulfill it. Waste of time. Plus because we ordered online they wouldn't give a refund in-store, the online system is a joke and couldn't get through with either. What a joke.
They never have the advertised protein ready.
Wow , this is so not humanly, wow ? what day ruining experience ??? and also they gave you twice less protein than usual, I always get way more than they gave me ?I feel like it was done on purpose . I always order barbacoa burrito bowl and this is first time experiencing something horrible like this . Actually it destroyed my appetite knowing if someone on purpose so hateful is doing this then what happens behind there with meal prep. There is no way this wasn’t done on purpose, whoever did It knew exactly what they doing . Disgusting ?? felt like experiencing passive aggressive hate crime on me . It destroyed my car and all the l liquid went under car seat ?? it felt like an attack ? and destroyed my day ?. Disgusting ? and now my car going to smell horrible ?
Dirty tables, slow disorganised service, staff shouting across open food without masks. Didn’t feel welcome or clean eating here. Expect much better from chipotle.
DON’T ORDER ONLINE.It’s best to just wait in line. The online orders are always LATE!!! I don’t even know why they give you times when they’ll just do it whenever.My order was supposed to be ready by the time I arrived (about 15 min later than expected) and still my order wasn’t done. I asked and they said there are two orders ahead of me… about 5 minutes later, another person asked and he received the same answer. There’s always two people in front of your order.Now I wonder, how much time does it take to do an order??? I’ve waited 10 minutes more, making it 25 minutes late and still no food.Meanwhile, the ones making the line are already eating ?Besides the poor customer service, I can also state that this place doesn’t look clean. There’s food in the floor and the drinks area looks filthy.Definitely never coming back to this location.
Worst and slowest chipotle I’ve ever been to, there was about 10 workers and the line wasn’t even that long and it took me 45 minutes just to get my food. The employees were playing around behind the counter and when I asked why is it taking so long their response was we got a whole new crew a whole new set of employees so most of them don’t know what their doing. When really I’m like no you guys are playing around I loved seeing the fact that they could have fun at work but at least get your job done while your having fun.
Bad customer service. Employees are more engaged in their conversation than helping customers with their orders. Online orders are more than 20 late every time. Not even know why they give you a time online if you will have to wait and wait to be done. At this point I think is best to just do the line. Property isn’t clean. Food in the floor. Tables not clean. Again, employees have the time and leisure to talk and engage but not to upkeep this property.
My son and I came here for a quick lunch. Several of the tables were occupied with diners, but there were several that was not cleaned. The service speed was continously moving being that there were customers constantly coming and going. We ordered a Sprite Sodas and the Chicken Bowl with Cilantro Rice, Pico de Gallo, Corn, Sour Cream, Cheese, and Lettuce....w/Guacamole on the side. The food was good, tasty. We'll return again.
This location just needs to either get a whole new set of employees who are willing to work there or just shut the whole thing down. The employees are very unprofessional, and always have some sort of attitude. When you order online for pick up you are waiting 30 minutes to an hour. Their food organization is sloppy and the rest of the restaurant is always dirty. I do not recommend this place to anyone especially this location. It’s not worth your time or money. They lack efficiency and customer service.
