Yesterday morning, I came in to grab some breakfast. The restaurant was excellent and clean. The worker was amiable and patient. He provided superb customer service. I ordered a breakfast bowl meal with a side of fruits. The food was fresh and hot; it was served to me on a platter. The food was delicious, and I would love to come back here.
Got a deluxe spicy sandwich and chicken fingers. It’s consistent with other Chick-Fil-A locations. I like when I bite into my meat and the juices are flowing.The staff were attentive and friendly. And the guy walking the floor, I think Robert was his name. Cool guy and has such a passion for chick-fil-a and his job.3.5/5
Great experience! Food tasted amazing and service was incredible. Staff were really kind. One of the workers named Brian was really helpful and nice. Place was super clean and tidy.
The chicken sandwich is great and the service in this place is quick and easy even though they were calling for someone named "Pierre". I said do you mean Perry the girl didn't know. I said three sandwiches and a shake she said yes and I knew it was mine. I was bringing home sandwiches for my mother and while the sandwich was good the shake was even better but way too small. The place is good for parking and has lots of staff so not a long wait for food.
The food here was ok nothing great but Brian had service like chick fil a was fine dining he brought drinks quick had very good service he has a lot of passion for chick fil a he knows every menu item he reads order tickets very well he sweeps every crumb on the floor he cleans the tables and makes them very clean he is super friendly this is chick fil a but he makes brings service like your going to a fancy restaurant he did excellent and he is great for chick fil a and should train the employees he can teach them many great skills. Ciera at the front desk counter order was fantastic, was my first time there. Quick food delivery . The place was extremely busy. Unfortunately our sandwiches were not hot enough Waffles potatoes were almost cold. Crispy Kale salad excellent. I'll be back to check again. Excellent concept. Recommended
This place was amazing! Clean, quick and the gentleman walking the floor BEN?? That guy was awesome!! He was friendly and could definitely teach the younger generations across this country what it means to display the highest ratings in Customer Service!!
Good service. Fast preparation also I do find it a bit weird that they have no drive-thru. Staff was nice and the place was clean. The food was good as always and I hope the staff keep up the good work.
Although they are in the premier location in Aventura they don’t have the long waiting time as the other locations. They recently started with eating in and it is great. This location far exceeds the service and turn around than most of the locations in Miami…and they opened during Covid. The only complaint I have had for this particular day is they didn’t ask about salad dressing or condiments. Otherwise service was good.
Excellent customer service! Ricardo and Berisha went above and beyond for us. My fiance and I are in town visiting from New York and I can't say I've ever had a better Chick-fil-A experience. Definitely will be coming back here next time we're visiting.
