We usually have a great experience with ordering here, but today was quite different. A male employee told my mom over the phone that they could not make her bowl because they were out of ingredients. Normally it is the restaurant's responsibility to cancel an order that they can't fulfill, yet this person insisted and demanded that my mom cancel the order herself through the app, which would have cost us our full refund. Very shady for this emplyee to refuse to cancel my mom's order, when he could have easily done so. Instead, her order was left to sit for over an hour in their system only to mark the order as picked up by some driver, who then proceeded to mark it "complete" without ever arriving at our address. We had to jump several hoops to get our full refund for something we never received.
Awesome healthy choices..... can't go wrong with any of their salads.... their dressings make healthy taste excellent... Service was utter friendly.
Asked for a vegan bowl and the piece of avocado that they gave me was either rotten or still not ready… tried to bite into it and it was hard. Thank God I had avocado at home… not worth $18.95… disappointed for sure….
New bigger and better store just opened in The West Aventura area!

Very quiet spot for Healthy food options. The staff was very welcoming. The food was fresh and great. We got the pesto salmon and the kale Cesar salad with falafel.
The service was outstanding, all 3 employees were really nice and served us with genuine smiles on their faces.And food… OMG the food!! It was delicious! With each bite I wanted another one and another one! And best of all, it was all healthy food. The plates were big and the food looked exactly like the pictures.I have to say it was pricey, however, the food was fresh, well made, extremely tasteful and healthy, so we left feeling as though we paid for what we got ?.I wish we had taken pictures because words don’t do them justice. We had the Chicken pesto bowl and the Liv wrap.We can’t wait to be back!!
I am so incredibly disappointed by this location! I’ve been going at-least once a week for a couple years and the quality decline has been extremely noticeable. Today was the cherry on the top. My smoothie was hot, tasted like pure banana, and then for my food I received not only a tiny piece of avocado but a practically rotten one! Additionally, the salad was genuinely sad and to add to it, nothing had taste. When I put the dressing, not even that could bring out something good as it had no taste either! It was merely oil!Honestly, this has become the worst location to go to. I would rather drive a little further and assure delicious, fresh food.
My first time ordering was a disappointment! I got the Green Goddess salad with grilled chicken. The salad was tiny with maybe 4oz of grilled chicken, that was absolutely tasteless, not seasoned at all. I did like the cilantro dressing though. So maybe if you decide to pick up your order it would be acceptable, but for the price if you order delivery you’re getting robbed ! My order was $27.00. $17.45 for the tiny portion, $5.00 deliver plus tad and tip. Outrageously expensive
Wow, wow, wow! Everything that we ordered was so good! I had the salmon tostones- very fresh and flavorful and large portion. They have a great variety of healthy offerings that all ages will enjoy.
