Bad service the lil workers that do work there are rude especially the big black fat one the only one cashier and 2 registers none of these guys have the since or urgency when they see help is needed like wow this is aventura please hire more respectful response individual who take pride in there craft and care about the customer because the staff you have now is only there for a pay check I ask 2 gentleman for help both told me they where busy and couldn’t assist me so I was forced to leave we out anything sad case my daughter was very upset you guys need to do better I’m calling corporate
We ate Hot Dog pretzels. Yummy. Hot bread and delicious. They offer other pretzels as well. A Yummy stop.

Food be cold and stale
For the stand up in the food court, best coca cola bottle ever ! 10/10 will definitely get another one. The coca cola was cold, just the way I like it. If you go, ask for Desmarice she's great !
DO NOT EAT HERE! The employees at the Auntie Anne's location next to the JCPenny store are filthy. I was appalled and disgusted as I watch staff and manager handled and pet a dog while preparing customers food. This is disgusting and a complete violation of food safety laws. Nobody washed their hands, and no one disinfected or cleaned the counters! Please DO NOT eat at this location.
