First time guest, excellent sushi and equally good service. Sat at the sushi bar and was amazed how busy they were, yet easy to understand with the great rolls. Will be back for sure!

This place is always consistent and delicious which is why it is 5 stars. The fish quality very good and the prices are very reasonable.

Hard to find good sushi in South Florida, but this place has it. We had nigiri, mixed sashimi, a volcano roll, shrimp gyoza, grilled calamari. Fried bananas and fried cheese cake for dessert. All of it was fantastic. Everything was extremely fresh. Prep area behind the bar was aggressively clean. Will come here again.

I've been to Japan many times and I was not impressed by the food served at Asaka. The food was mediocre, at best. The umami flavor was missing. I've actually had better Japanese food here in the U.S.

The sushi is nothing special to say the least. The rolls are basic and poorly made. Plus the owner is greedy trying to charge $1 for every sauce after I placed a $120 sushi order. Don’t be cheap! Don’t be greedy! Get with the program ???

Delicious sushi!! One of the best I’ve ever had!!!

Great local sushi place. I have eaten here many times over the years, as Asaka has been here for over 25 years. That in itself should say everything you need to know! The food is always fresh and delicious, quality is top notch, staff are always fast and friendly, and the location is convenient. Parking is easy; Asaka is located in a shopping plaza with plenty of spots. Whether dining in or taking out, if sushi is what you are in the mood for, this is the place to eat in Aventura.

What a wonderful restaurant. It is one of those things that you keep looking forward to. I probably am not a sushi expert but have been eating it for over 20 years across the world and US (not in Japan yet), mostly at modest restaurants. I’ve never had a better experience elsewhere. Sushi mori deluxe and hamachi w/ jalapeño are my favorites.

I'm new to sushi. The service was great . The food was very presentable. I just think sushi is overrated..I like cooked food with more flavor than soy & wasabi.[but thats just me]

Without a doubt the best sushi in florida. Always fresh delicious and friendly. The quality is superb. We will never order sushi anywhere else. Highly recommend
