My favorite peruvian restaurant in Miami. Everything delicately presented and amazingly tasteful. Even the simplest meal (like their rotisserie chicken) is delicious! Super recommended! Take your friends and enjoy the best gourmet peruvian dishes, it will never dissapoint.
OMG, Aji Carbon is AMAZING! From my Pismo cocktail to our mussels topped with lime ladened red onions we ate by the spoonful, to the freshest, most flavorful main courses, beautifully plated. My mother’s birthday was so enjoyable made extra special with attentive service by Luisana! First Peruvian experience; it won’t be our last.

The visit to Aji Carbon on Biscayne was by chance. We ended up having the most pleasant food experience in a long time. I enjoyed my rice dish while my wife loved her steak pesto risoto. Gina and the wait staff took care of completing the full enjoyable experience. I strongly recommend Aji and hope you get the same surprise!
I come here ALL the time with my family, Food is extraordinary the best peruvian restaurant in miami for sure! We ordered the lomo saltado, yuca, tiradito de salmon, sashimi tuna ginger 12/10!! Amazing
I used them to cater my party and it was a complete success! Everyone loved the food. I was very pleased with their service as well, from the person I dealt with on the orders to the person that made the delivery. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely use them again!
Small cozy place the food was great the ceviche( they ask you what kinda fish you want) was great. Good drinks n choices of beers.
Used to be much better, for somereason the inflation hit them harder since a ceviche lunch for one cost now $32!
