Cooked when we order. great quality & service for fast food. Only place close for similar menu is Cane’s- and they aren’t in Orlando/Florida.
This is the 1st time we've tried Zaxbys! PDQ & Chick-fil-A are still way better. Their fries are soggy, not crispy! The honey mustard are the worst honey mustard we've ever tried!! They shouldn't call it honey mustard cause they're sour or bland!!!The crew are not friendly! She didn't acknowledge us when we were about to order!I will think 10x before I come bck to this place!!
I can’t say only bad. It’s more hit or miss. I can say if you eat there in their dining room they will fix it and it can be amazing. I had a salad there a week ago and it was so good I went back here to get one again. I got carry out and it wasn’t cheap. I got cheated today. The salad looked day old. The tomato and cuc were soggy and the lettuce was wilted and bitter. The lemonade options were not available. The rest of my family was happy with their food. I wish i had ordered a 6 pc with fries. Do better management. Lacking consistency. Sometimes it smacks and the service is on point and friendly but today the food was a fail.
I only say yes recommend if you’re eating there. It’s hit or miss. If you’re there they will make it fresh and make sure you’re happy. If you take away, it’s not as pleasant. I’m sad. I ate the same salad a week ago in their dining room and it was amazing. Todays salad I got takeout and it is wilted and bitter. Soggy veggies after paying so much for it! ?. Do better management. Give us consistency
Tonight I received the worse service I’ve ever received anywhere from the employees that worked this evening, from their product down to their service. I placed an order that consisted of 3 meals. Upon arriving to the window I was informed there would be a 7 minute wait on my chicken for their club sandwich. I was given the drinks to the meals and when I asked her where I should park she gestured towards the front of the store. After waiting over 15 minutes I went back thru the drive thru where the cashier then handed me my bag of food. I waited for her to return to the window because she disappeared when I turned to pass the bag of food to one of my passengers before getting to request dipping sauce. After inwaited about another 5 minutes she returned. I then asked for the sauce and informed her I was given The wrong sandwich and would like the difference in cost refunded as I knew the kitchen staff was most likely closing and I didn’t want to wait any longer for another sandwich to be made. I was told the store was closed, I needed to come back in the morning that the manager was refusing to speak with me and that I needed to pull out of the driveway because I was on their timer. I told her I couldn’t see how the timer made a difference if she said they were closed and requested to speak to the manager again. She then closed the window and upon doing so said “have a good night little ugly”. Not only was my food cold but the chicken to the wrong sandwich I was given, was under cooked.
Sitting in the parking lot after ordering 25 minutes ago. Nothing special about the order. Just wings, nothing odd about time,middle of day. Had to go back in to get the food. When asked why, manager never apologized just said we got busy. Do not see a big crowd or long line in the drive thru. food ok, terrible service. Was coming here once a week or so, now looking for a new wings go to.UPDATE. After posting this originally, I was contacted by Zaxbys management who apologized and offered to make things right. We ve been back twice since and the service has been much better.
Service here is horrible not to mentionthe attitudes of the employees. I have never seen a place with so many unprofessional employees. Waited 15mins for a bag of food that was spilt all in the bag as well as paid for extra sauce for there to only be one sauce for 20 tenders and fries.
meh. Make sure You check your ordercause they will smile in your face and forget silverware, Wont give you sauce if you ask.
Food is very personal, you either like it or you don't so I'm giving this two stars as I thought the food was terrible. All very processed and the crinkle cut fries took me back to the 70s. Staff were polite and the place itself seemed clean but the door handle to men's bathroom was hanging off at the time we were there. Not a big deal but some people thought the bathroom was closed as they couldn't even open the door. A sign would have been a good idea. Disappointing fast food in an okay place.
My 5 year old absolutely loves Zaxby's and we're regulars at this location. The food is always out fast, served piping hot, and tastes great. The employees are always so nice. We have such consistently good experiences, we don't like going to other locations. ?
