Food was good ,wings were cooked how I like .. they did forget the sauces and veggies. Overall experience was 'ok'

Every time I try to call am place an order the never answer the phone. First call to order food place that sends me straight to voicemail

Went in tonite, got home and had an issue with my order. I was a bit frustrated, got back to the restaurant and met the GM Greg. He was very humble and jumped into action to make things right. The workers were very friendly also. I left the store happy and will be doing business again. Don't let the other negative reviews keep you away.. give them a chance I think you'll be pleased! ?

**UPDATE - NOBODY EVER CONTACTED ME DIRECTLY BUT A MONTH AFTER I COMPLAINED THEY SENT ME A $5 GIFT CARD WITH A GENERIC NOTE. IT WENT IN THE TRASH.I was trying to wait for someone, anyone to get back to me before I wrote this review after emailing 3 different places within the WingStop corporation but obviously nobody at any level cares about customer service. I placed a pickup order on THE WINGSTOP APP at 11:30am for a 5:15pm pick up. The reason why? It's because I know this location is slow. I showed up at 5:19pm and you guessed it my food was not ready. Not only was it not ready no other food was going out either. I didn't get an apology, I didn't get anyone checking up or giving me an update, nothing. There were 10+ employees working but yet no food going out. Everyone was just standing there talking and doing nothing. I waited for 30 minutes for my order and finally received it at 5:45pm. We will not return to this location ever again and it is pitiful that we finally got a WingStop in Apopka and it's run so badly that they can't get food out on time or even in a timely manner. You need a new staff if you intend on keeping this location open because this was utterly ridiculous.

Everytime I order 20-30 wings I get all drums and 2-5 flats total. Even when I specifically ask when I order. They need better management

Unpleasant customer service. I waited over 40 minutes to place an order that I had already placed through the app. 4 people behind me were serving before me, even the order was wrong! I will never come back to this place, the people attending are not serious.

I’m a huge fan so I decided to order Ofcourse, and order online like a lot of people do and the website gives you a timeframe of when you’re supposed to pick up your order which was approximately 16-21 minutes. 25 minutes later I come to pick up the order and my food hadn’t even been dropped or anything, I used to be a fry cook so even with using one fryer that order should take less than 15 minutes or at least be close to done after 25 minutes and I understand if it’s busy but they had one order slip and the girl who handled my order (Summer) was with a guest taking his order. Definitely not a fan of bad service at all

I know food, I know sauces. The sauces are watered down. Bleu cheese is supposed to have body and it dosen't. This location stareded off on fire, but now...

Unfortunately I had the same experiences a lot of the other people that are leaving reviews had the food was cold there was more oil in my fries then there was sauce on the wings some of the wings almost didn't even have sauce on them at all they were plain. I used to get food from the Castleberry location all the time and thought it was actually worth the $40 for 2 people to eat here it is not even close we will not be back to this location again. The young man tossing the wings was more interested in spitting game to the girl then making food I guess that's why there was al.ost no sauce on wings.

This is unbelieveable. We usually liked it here. This time they completley forgot our tenders and someone must have confused salt with sugar because our fries were SWEET.Altamonte Location is much better.
