Far from fast and disappointingly bland and mediocre food at best. Their photos look like you'll be getting a good value, but in reality the sandwiches are "squashed down" to what looks like a child's serving and not worth over $7 for a sandwich. Fries were hot, though overcooked. However, the new strawberry frostie was fine and too thick for a regular straw. If you're getting it to go, be sure to ask for a spoon.Perhaps the only person at the counter was new and uniformed or having a bad day, and no one else was available. If I hadn't pre-paid on the app that I was trying to use for the first time, we would have gone somewhere else, rather than wait over a half hour for part of the order to be accepted and prepared. We certainly did not feel welcome. Everyone else was able to order in person except for one person picking up an order, while we seemed invisible with no one to care if we had lunch. Wish we had simply gone home, rather than have such a negative, time consuming experience.
The wait time here is ridiculous. I’ve given this specific location 4 chances to either: respond in a decent timely manner while waiting in drive thru (but no response) Or it takes a long time to deliver my mobile order.I’ll give this location 5 stars when they close this one down and have their workers move to the Maitland location (much more responsive).
Bought a Chilli, when I opened the lid it was very dry, cold and looked days old. It was disgusting. French fries are always cold.
I eat here frequently on the way home. Many years ago it was a lot better than it is sitting now. Place needs to be updated inside. The ceilings look like they are about to fall in. I usually get the 5 dollar biggie bag. Sometimes I’ll bite into my burger and it’ll have lots of pink and sometimes it won’t; maybe it just depends on the day lol… Sometimes the chicken nuggets don’t even really feel cooked all the way. I took some family here and they said the same about that. A couple years ago I was in the bathroom and I think there was mold all on the walls. So yeah those bathrooms need some remodeling as well. The service is overall alright. I can understand understaffing issues but there was this one worker who I don’t know what their problem was but they sounded dead inside and they sounded like they didn’t wanna be there. Well don’t come then.. but other than those minor problems I’ll still drive through there and get food on the way to places. I’m not saying don’t go there I’m just saying if you go there don’t expect top quality stuff.
If you are looking for mediocre food and a show, this is the perfect location. The attendant took our order 4 times and still gave us the wrong thing. Now unto the show part.....we saw a lady scream her lungs out complaining about her order. This happened through the drive thru while she was on foot. Yelling through the drive thru window. Classic.
Just pulled away from the drive-through as I’m writing this review sat in the drive-through line for 45 minutes ( not an over exaggeration ) and honestly I was Okay with that ☺️ BUT I really expected my food to be hot or at least somewhat fresh. the nuggets were so dry it tasted like they were sitting there for hours. My medium fry wasn’t even coming over the first short lip of the container it wasn’t even a small fry. The whole time I’m in the window all the associates including the manager are all just laughing having a good time which is cool and all but during a rush there should be some structure and there wasn’t. It’s especially alarming because for once there was a full staff so in the end it’s your leadship that’s failing ?
Staff was nice and service was quick but the AC was broken or something in the lobby. It was so damn hot. Also, they do not have a changing table in any bathroom. I have never seen that anywhere, ever.
Food was good I understand I had a big order had to wait for them to do 7 other cars before I got my food but also the employees were very polite
This fast food restaurant has gotten so expensive. $23.00 for two sandwiches, 2 frys and two small drinks. I don't know what is going on. It is out of control. Also my fiance just had a single burger and did not look appetizing at all. Lower your prices so people can afford to eat. The quality has gone way down.
