Who runs this dump? Doesn't stay open for advertised hours, always missing a menu item. Forget trying to get Chilli or frosties at this place after 9. For some mysterious reason particularly in the evening they are "cash only". Literally the worst wendys in existence
This wendys is family owned, so the employees are basically allowed to be as rude and disrespectful as they want without any consequences. The wait is always long, and the service is complete garbage. They will get your order wrong, and then give YOU attitude for asking for the correct food, no matter how politely you ask. I was coming to this location for years because it is very close to wear I live. I will literally drive out of my way not to deal with these people. This place needs new management.
They were not busy and literally had me wait 5 mins to place my order in the drive thru, then once I started ordering they had me repeat it , I only ordered 2 6 piece nuggets, and then they asked me cash or card? Not sure why that matters lol.
This has to be by far the worst FAST FOOD Wendy's ever. The point of fast food is for it to be a FAST service. I've sat in the drive-thru for over 30 mins at the intercom, while listening to the employees unprofessional conversations, waiting for them to take my order. There are 2 cars in front of me and at least 7 behind me. This location definitely needs better training!
You deserve 0 stars this location has the most rudest drive thru workers, the little girl is going to yell at me that she can’t hear me so I talk louder and she wants to start yelling that she heard me the first time!?!? So why say you didn’t hear me? I’m going to continue to leave this comment since you want to continue to remove it.
This Wendys should be shut down. Always something with this place…only accepting cash, only accepting Mobile orders, Lobby closed, or the bathrooms are super gross. Just completely over trying to get Wendy’s in Apopka. This place is trash…
Long slow service . Had a large order and when things were missing we were given an attitude and told it was already in the bag , DOWNTOWN APOPKA FAST FOOD IS THE WORST, this Wendy's should focus on the caliper of people they hire
The purpose of this visit was to try the advertised Frosty-ccino using the app, but the clerk tells me that I can't use the free coupon on the app because their scanner is broke. I couldnt upload the receipt for points either because a button on the app didnt work.I didn't end up getting it free but paid for it. Tasted ok. I normally don't go to Wendy's because I don't eat meat and there's no veggie burgers here. At least the woman who was with me enjoyed her meal.
Waited in drive through for 10min only to be told they are not accepting anything but cash. They could have posted a sign in drive-through so me and many others did not waste our time.
Prices at this location much higher than other nearby Wendy's!!! Got half way home and realized I had no sour cream for the sour cream and chive baked potatoes. Will not make the mistake of stopping at this location again.
