Went thru the drive thru, ordered Dave's Double combo meal, and a Daves single. Was told it was $20.11 and when I asked for a receipt to check why it was so high,was told that the printer was not working. Thus ace has absolutely gone into the toilet. Dave would be going thru the roof.
Super slow and dirty. The employees are distracted by one another therefore the customers are waiting on their food which sits there on the counter but because they are so busy small talking, no one is paying attention.Freestyle soda machine only had about 5 drinks and no ice. Then they screwed up our order. Very poor set up in here.
Never again will I stop here! I went in & stood in line until they were ready to help me! Then when I went for a tea refill, again I waited until they wanted to help! RUDE behavior & these people want $15.50 a hour in pay? Clean house & start over!!
This location has gone down hill more and more since COVID hit, they used to have great food and service, but these days I can't go there without something, or multiple things usually, being messed up on my order. Today they screwed up a 2 item order and can't even be bothered to answer the phone after 3 attempts to reach so I could let them know about the poor service, cold fries (during dinner rush), and completely messing up the burger I ordered. I'm done with this location, they don't care about customers at all it seems.
Food was ok, dinning room is filthy. Tables were greasy feeling. Ice machine on beverage dispenser not working. Staff was friendly. Not sure I will be back, not real crazy about how filthy the restaurant is.
I'm sorry but the one by obt 441 in downtown Apopka was ??? big time one of the personal was really in a such a bad actitud saying really nasty stuff.And the other one by home Depot in Apopka the stuff we asked for it was supposed to be grilled but it looks like it was boiled instead ?? disappointed Wendy's
This place is unacceptable on every level. The quality of the food and definitely the customer service. I don't even know how this location is still open. I'm not going to say what I really want to say but I will say the VERY FEW TIMES I've gone here, you can GUARANTEE that your order WILL be wrong. Today I was the only person in the drive thru and they still failed to get it right. It seems like the pre-requisite to work here requires you to be...(you fill in the blank). Today was my last time going here and I declare that the reviews that are written about THIS location will reach whom need to see it so something can change or to shut the whole place down, seriously!!!
Dave's triple stack is great but they don't put any salt at all on the fries. They don't even offer salt to you and if they did its not the same as salting right out of the fryer. Best fries? Absolutely not.
Place used to be good but now is a waste of time. Dining room is closed half the time but they never put up a sign to let you know. Drive thru is usually 15 minute wait just to get your order taken. When dining room is open, wait is just as long and coke machine is constantly out of drinks.
We went inside today and thank goodness we weren't in a hurry. Service was slow and food wasn't hot or fresh. We were one of two tables occupied. I have never had great luck in this location.
