I would advise that you NEVER order a steak nacho. There was no meat on our order. We showed the staff and they agreed and took our order to the back to be re-made. Lauren came to our table and handed us the dish and stated that they ADDED steak this time for free but next time we need to add extra if we needed more. ??A. We came here for a quick lunch. We can afford our meal and any extras, if needed. B. The sad part is that the dismay has nothing to do with their portion guidelines. It has to do with the fact that there was NO steak in our meal. We asked an employee to look at it just to verify that our eyes were not deceiving us.Every staff member treated us with respect. It's sad that they are being led by Lauren ( we were told she was the actual manager).Lauren was completely unprofessional in handling the situation. No empathy, no understanding, no humility and she made it very clear that we shouldn't be there.You can actually get better meal proportions at McDonald's with a $2.00 hamburger. You would also receive more respect from there too.We sent back our meal (no reimbursement needed) and will never go back. I didn't expect this at all.
This location used to be good, but it has gone way downhill over the last 2 years. We're done giving it a chance. We always order pickup through the app and EVERY SINGLE TIME they manage to screw up our order! And we dont even order anything complicated! I wouldn't mind too much if we weren't losing money for their mistakes, but to pay extra and not get it? Yeah, that's annoying. I'm sure it would be fine if you were dining in, since any mistake could be fixed on the spot, but getting home to find that your order was incorrect is just so frustrating. We've given them so many chances, but after another messed up order today, we won't be going back.
Had high hopes, but decent food.
Long wait for take out. Stone cold food. My burrito was so cold that the cheese inside was not even slightly melted. Staff is nice but disorganized. No more lame excuses. It’s simple, hot food quickly.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The chicken was all burnt pieces looked like scrapes the cheese was disgusting and had pieces of BEANS in it. The steak was ice cold and chewy! . HORRIBLE and I don't ever write reviews ! 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.
I will never be ordering here again. I ordered through Uber eats and the driver service was fine but the food.. it was just gross. I got a bowl and first of all put more toppings than the base and they only put 4 pieces of chicken which were tiny crumbs that were rock hard and I couldn’t even chew. Used to be good but now just a waste of money.
Ate at the Apopka store for the first time...Food was excellent and the service was fantastic! (Hi Lee). I will be returning!
Ordered online for pickup and the young ladies there were very helpful and polite. They had my order ready and correctly made as requested. Will be ordering from here again.
For $10.49 I had an amazing shrimp bowl and fantastic service on top of that, I was pleasantly surprised, I had 0 expectations when I walked in at the point that I forgot to take a picture of my food before I started eating. Great food at very affordable prices.
Hands down the best tacos you can find! Big tacos, not small barley there! Service was excellent and they were friendly. Definitely recommend!
