I have no idea what the complaints are about with this location. Whenever I go here the food is always fresh and I get what I ordered, if your expecting anything more than that then go to a authentic Mexican restaurant not a fast food joint, I get prices are going up but it seems these days people go out to get fast food and expect a 5 star experience for a $5 taco box. This is by far the best Taco Bell in the area (unlike nearby locations, where I often get stale rice, stale cinnamon twists or old chicken tenders) and if you like Taco Bell's food then you will like this location if you keep your expectations in check and have even the slightest amount of empathy for the people working.
Horrible customer service!! Every time I come to the store, no one ever walk to the front to ask for my order.. I need always to start complaining in the store in order to get service.
Ordered at kiosk. After thirty minutes of no food. We walked up and apparently they never received the order. Then they made it real fast and the gorditas didn’t have steak. We were short a soft taco. Short a pack of cinnamon twists. And the crunch wrap had no beans or cheese.
Food was good, I had an online order for pickup in the drive-thru which should have been quick but still took like 20 min in the drive-thru, I believe they were very under staffed possibly.
Horrible place to get food, every time I come here the service is bad. Kids/ employees always out in parking not working. I ordered 4 soft, 4 hard tacos no lettuce and I got 8 hard ones with all lettuce and the beans in my burritos were crunchy. Service seemed very careless and rude at the window. I would not go to this location every time I go it is no good, for 15$ an hour you think people that barely have to put in hard work would do better at ur job. It’s a shame, corporate should do something about this store
Do not go into the lobby at this location. I stood there about 7 minutes before being addressed and there was nobody in line. The drive thru is what they are paying more attention to.A personal online app order placed at 8:39 was finally received at 8:59. 20 minutes total for 2 tacos.
Well it seems that the drive-thru people can't understand what's being spoken to them through the intercom system that's very aggravating and and also doesn't help when they process the purchase they get it wrong
Very good and the restaurant is clean.The staff was very attentive. Everyone that may not have been on an order was constantly checking to see if people had ordered and made everything fresh. Thank you for your great customer service.
I was ignored when I came in. Waited 5 min than used the kiosk. 14 min. Later i asked where my 3 tacos were? 1 min later my food was placed on the counter with no thanks or apology. Screw this TACO BELL. I'll go out of my way to a different TB. Loyal customer since 1976.
So bad with attitude sadly we left mid drive through to go to Tijuana 12 minutes further with none of the attitude. We are over lousy service locations.
